Wings are terrible. Skin is slimy and chewy. Fries are soggy.
Update: haven’t had this place in 2 years because as you can see from the first time I tried them I had a terrible experience the first time. It looks like they look at the reviews and made some changes. My work ordered from here again (I never would have). I was pleasantly surprised after looking at the wings they are in a new packaging which kept them from getting slimy and soggy. Much better.

The fries were soggy in the box and the wings had basically no “sauce” on them at all. Nothing like what the website looks like. Won’t be trying this place again

The wings are basically flavorless! No matter what spice level or what sauce you choose. I ordered 2 different one one mild and one hot. Both tasted same. They are barely covered with the sauce. They didn’t even get the right additional sauces I ordered. Just threw in a bunch of ranch.

Just ordered for the first time never looked at the reviews but I got my meal as shown online wings were so far from under cooked they were perfect I had to share! Fries were seasoned great, was a great experience had to call to show my appreciation, employee who answered the phone was polite i didn’t have to wait too long & the manager was understanding & appreciative not sure what they’re doing to change all the bad reviews I’ve seen but keep up the good work. I’ll be a regular customer for sure.

Ordered from this place and we are regretting it. Especially since we have a 19hr drive to do. Wings were soggy, flavorless, and the best part UNDERCOOKED. Now the 3 of us that ate the bone in wings are vomiting, while the one who ate the boneless is fine. Definitely wasn’t a good day to eat in low lighting. Now dealing with Uber Eats about this. When they first started offerings these wings they were about the best smoked wings I’d ever had. Now you can tell they are smoked and cooked much faster so they’re much firmer and have much less smoke flavor. Also, for some unknown reason, they have always poured the fries in with the wings so they just steam in the plastic box with the wings and become soggy and unedible. Never coud figure out why they would do that. We’ve always just thrown them out.

Had 5 different types of wings. All were good, i imagine getting them fresh instead of delivered is probably better. The styro sogs things out. I didn’t get my blue cheese i paid extra for, and every box was mislabeled. It may not seem like a big deal, but if someone is allergic or sensitive to something that could create an issue. Not to mention, it’s just sloppy and makes it seem like they just don’t care. I could understand maybe switching one on accident, but literally all 5 isn’t a mistake.

I read the reviews and should have listened but I was so tired today and just needed some food. Got three different 11 piece meals through door dash. You could hardly tell the difference between the flavors of sauce (Buffalo, Honey Sriracha, and Honey Chipotle) and so many of the wings had a little amount of sauce some didn’t even have any.
The chicken was overcooked and bland. I gave my husband all the best sauced chicken and he gives this place 3 stars while I would only give it 2.
Unlikely to come back to pay for flavorless overcooked chicken. Maybe if they fix the issues in the future we’ll give them a try but they need to do better.

I tried placing an order 3 times. After I hit place order, a screen came up saying “an unexpected error occurred every time. The website seems off. I checked the other reviews and it doesn’t sound like the wings are good anyway. Glad it didn’t work I guess.
