We had such a great experience at Wingstop! Our server Patience had such a bright and uplifting energy….her name truly matched her! She was sweet, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure we enjoyed our visit. The food was delicious, hot, and fresh….everything was perfect from start to finish. Excellent service and great vibes all around!

I understand that Super Bowl Sunday is an incredibly busy night, but unfortunately, this is not the first time we’ve encountered service issues at this location. In the past, I’ve ordered three hours in advance and still didn’t receive my food. This time, my order was canceled without notice after I was told it was on its way, and I’m now in a position where I have to follow up just to secure a refund.
The most disappointing part was the communication; when I tried to call for an update, the phone was repeatedly hung up or left off the hook. While I’ve found that management is very helpful at resolving issues the next day, the service during peak hours makes it difficult to remain a customer. By comparison, Buffalo Wild Wings on Gattis School Rd was very accommodating and professional despite the holiday rush. We’ve decided to move our future business to that location.

I have been sitting at the drive thru window for Literally 15 mins. I came of course after the time the food would be ready and I cannot get down cuz I have 2 small children in the vehicle. So inconvenient to have to pack up my children to get looked over by a gentleman and woman clearly seeing me looking at me. By the time the gentleman gives me my food he pulls a bag that has Been sitting there. My fries of course are cold and I cannot wait for new ones. No apologies for the wait or nothing.

I’ve been to this location and have ate here dozens of times. That saying I made a mistake on my order online, I selected the wrong flavor and was unable to change it. I called and Brooke was able to get it fixed fast and easy. It made me very happy because of how fast an easy it was. It was also my fiancés food, so that made her very happy and that makes me happy. Service and communication was a 10/10 she was amazing and efficient, thank yall!

I ordered the food togo and waited for 30 mins thinking that food hasn’t come out yet but that wasn’t the case. The food was actually came out and sat there for 10 to 20 min and nobody bothered to call my name on the order resulting in bad food conditions. Although it was busy night calling out a name on the order is not that hard!!!

NEVER USE THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW!!! They don’t know how to manage people whose orders aren’t ready and ask them to park and they’ll bring it out. Instead they sit for 10 minutes or more. Once you get boxed in you can’t back out and park and go inside. Happens more times than not. Manager needs to step up and do his job and control traffic.
On the plus side, good food. Chicken wings are twice the size of the Wingstop in NJ!

Ordered lemon pepper wings, a little crispy, seasoned fries and blue cheese. What i got was no lemon pepper, chicken was hard as a rock, no seasoned fries just plain and ranch. This location is always hit or miss. The guy behind the register would rather stand there and dance while taking your order than listen and get the order right. I’m just gonna drive the xtra 8 miles to round rock and eat there. Never had a problem at that location.

They have to put an adult to control all the kids working here! Mostly everyone is rude and disrespectful and the food was cold after a short ride home so, I don’t think they served it warm at all. The wings tasted ok but they would have been better if the food was actually warm.
