Very nice Dunkin. Clean with enough seating available. Ordered outside on the app and my order was ready very quickly. Served with a smile and a thank you. Coffee was fresh, hot, delicious and prepared perfectly. ♿️ Plenty of parking in the huge lot out front. Bathrooms available. Nice place.

Worst experience ever. Remade my order 4 times because she wasn’t trying to understand or listen to what I was trying to say when giving her my order and made it wrong. She was rude and judgemental. Was giving dirty looks. Walked out of the place with nothing I wanted. I asked for oatmilk everytime she remade the drink and still walked out with whole milk in my drink.

I read the reviews before coming here myself and I must say it’s hard to blame the “kids/young girls” working the store. Operating a store under a management who clearly doesn’t care themselves is motivation enough to not care about your job. This location gave up on OB a long time ago. Stop attacking the kids. Write to corporate if you’d actually like to see change.
Note: if you’re coming here in the evening all hot drinks may be unavailable due to how long the machine takes to shut down for the night. We arrived at 7:30p, closing was 10p.

Awful Dunkin!! They don’t put any flavor in the drinks and refuse to add flavor when it tastes like water! They don’t smile, they’re extremely rude, and it’s dirty in the store!! Menetto Hill rd Dunkin will always be the best one, don’t waste your money at South Oyster Bay rd!

I found a hair in my coffee, I saw they don’t use gloves, a least once a week I do my order in that location bc is close to me but thinking to don’t do again bc people is not friendly and the worst thing they don’t use GLOVES!!!!

This Dunkin was very bad. The floors were littered with trash, the latte was horrible, and the worker was wearing a hoodie and was obviously unhappy to be there. We went to another down the street.

The coffee tastes like hot water.. it is so diluted that no point of drinking the coffee….I was always looking forward for a nice hot cup of coffee….I decided to buy my own coffee machine and make it to my liking….a small cup of coffee costs over 3 dollars .. I don’t mind paying it, however the coffee has to taste like a coffee…im so disappointed!!!

NEVER, EVER put an An Online Pickup Order here if you’re going to work. If they have 7 customers which is normal for a Dunkin Donuts, your order will take 15-20 mins. ANY other Dunkin in the area will be faster. 9/5 15 min wait with two previous customers

The service here might be the worst of any dunkin donuts in America. The donuts are regularly stale. Today when I ordered a muffin and asked for butter on the side they told me I could only have butter on a toasted muffin. This is after I watched a coworker blowing his nose behind the counter and not wearing gloves before grabbing a donut for another customer. Avoid this place.

On a quick run and unfamiliar with the area, I needed coffee direly. While the location was quaint, staff were polite and attentive to my needs. Most D&D locations are the same to me regardless of location & services offered. While they didn’t serve the flavor of coffee I desired, staff were helpful in helping me choose a flavor that suited my taste. This D&D location is settled in a mini-mall with seating outside during spring, summer & fall.
