We placed an online order, thought we would give it a second chance. This time was no better than the last. The sandwich is incorrect and as you can tell by the photos, it’s a disgusting mess. They also did not include napkins, nor did they cut the sandwich. And good luck getting someone to answer the phone.

asked for fresh bread and was given bread that was so old that its hard as a rock and flakes off. not fit to eat. $20.00 for 2 sandwiches. If you cant do better for a sandwich franchise, then you really need to shutdown. Called in the order was told 15 to 20 minutes, there was literally no one there.

Stopped by during lunch hours and noticed what looked to be college students ordering sandwiches for their entire team. An order which probably should have been called in prior so that the team at Subway could get ahead of this before lunch. This of course caused some customers who had been waiting longer than I have to get upset and ultimately walk out. To those people, this wasn’t the team at Subway’s fault, being in service they wouldn’t say no to any order. I also doubt the college students knew to call this order in ahead of time if they aren’t from around here.
I waited maybe at most 10 minutes, the Store Manager/Owner acknowledged that, came over to apologize and said they were going to cover my lunch today. I was fine with waiting and would still have paid for my lunch. I’ve worked in retail the past 10+ years so I understand what it is like to be in a tough situation like that. I am sure he would have covered the other customers meals for their wait as well.
This location has been the best Subway I’ve ordered from, that’s including the time I spent living in Louisville and Indiana. Their food is always fresh and staff are focused and welcoming.

The staff are amazing but I think they need to clean the place it appears clean but I was getting a sub one time and had to leave cuz I saw a cockroach come up out the lettuce area and the other veggies I won’t be going back here till it is clean and kept right one of the ladies idk her name she seemed to be an older women around 50s and up atleast she saw the roach and said oops u didn’t see that as she brushed it into the floor

Really good, the ingredients are always fresh. The only thing I have a problem with is that they won’t let you use more than one coupon per visit. They get difficult with you if you have two separate orders from the same vehicle. They should be glad to get the business.

Oh my so glad I looked for another subway in Campbellsville. They are so much better at managing the business. We were so happy to be able to order whatever we wanted and not told they were out of 5 or so items. We ended up staying to eat and it was nice. Best Subway in town.

The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is they was not able to make a melt because their oven was catching fire. However I have had them at other subways and it was really good. Other then that it was good service the food was done the way it was ordered and they had just sent out coupons so it was not outrageous.

The quietest restaurant. The workers were not communicating with each other or the customers for the most part. The younger blond man spoke only with questions, but at least he did that. The girl putting on the toppings couldn’t be bothered with a pleasant face, or a single word to find out how you want things. So, I got a sandwich swimming in mayo. Not returning to that location. It felt like we disturbed them by coming in. No thanks.
