TLDR: DO NOT GO TO THE WINGSTOP IN ELSA,TEXAS. We ordered our food, as normal with no warning of a long wait time at 8:45 P.M. We got our drinks and noticed mold on the soda machine. We sat at the table closest to the order pick up area.The table was sticky, and still had other peoples trash that we hadn’t seen until our daughter put someone else’s straw in her mouth that was on the table. There was no trash cans for the dine in area at all. We waited an hour with no update. FINALLY after an hour 9:45 p.m. I got up to ask what was taking so long just to see there was already someone there complaining about the wait time. Was told to wait for the manager who should be arriving any second. Was then told by a rude employee it that it wasnt THEIR fault, because the fryers weren’t working as normal. I said it is your fault for giving no warning. He then tried to blame the young girl at the register for not telling us. The manager arrived. I explained what happened, and let him know we had no warning, and that he can check the camera if he didn’t believe me. He gave me my refund. Another group that had ordered after us was also asking for a refund for waiting for so long.(They decided to leave after refund)While the coworker that was being rude was telling someone in the back to throw my order away three times. I asked the manager for my order. He said I couldn’t have my order, because he had already given me my refund. I explained to him that he refunded me, because of the wait time I still deserved the food I had paid for in the first place. So he gave me my food order,and we left the whole while the rude coworker who wasn’t even in uniform was saying it was because of the fact that they have a new owner. At the end of all that they still got part of our order wrong. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Awesome staff, piping hot food, and very cold beer on tap. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere made u feel at home. There is a variety of appetizers and food for everyone. Staff made u feel welcomed and didn’t mind my humorous ways. All in all, a great place to bring the family or have a couple of beers with the boys. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely the WORST!!! Customer Service I had to wait on the phone for a total of 38 minutes which was the exact time it took me to get there from my home and NO answer. I let them know about the inconvenience and the fake eyelash looking cashier (Jackie) says “oh! our phones aren’t working” with this ugly attitude. Not to mention the staff laughing and joking in the kitchen. No customer relation skills what so ever. I will unfortunately for them will NOT be supporting this restaurant any longer. I will never visit this place again.

Its sad how I have to drive all the way to Weslaco to get wings because Elsa Wingstop can not answer the phone. I have called multiple times in multiple occasions and NO ANSWER. I have called outside the location and see how they ignore my call. Honestly at this point I have lost all hope on them answering me. They should just take off their phone number from the website.

if you don’t like your job, get another one! no one answers the phone, EVER! Wingstop has been my fav restaurant & they make me hate dealing with wingstop. I’ve have had multiple dissatisfying things happen & the worst had to have been getting my wings dry, asking for sauce and they put about 1lb of sauce on my wings to be sarcastic. Worst. Wingstop. Ever.
