Well this place is a no go. As someone who moved from Dallas, my local wingstop always had fresh and hot food. The places near me are a bust. Someone needs to come and teach gen-z how to make some wings. The workers are young and they suck at presenting friendly customer service. Management should teach them better but they probably are just the same. I’ve ate at my local wingstop which is the one on Timberland. Stopped eating there. And tried this place out because it’s only 10 minutes from me. And no will not eat here again. I walked in and ordered to-go. They almost forgot something in my order luckily I checked my bag before I left. Got home and was disappointed to see how my food was made. I asked for extra crispy fries… don’t look like it to me. Wings were trash. They didn’t even sauce them enough. The food tasted undercooked. Didn’t even finish it. Mine and my husband’s stomach were upset for the next 24 hours. Smh just some sorry wingstop’s in my neighborhood.

Wings are grossly fat and expensive. The ranch was the only good thing I liked, and now they don’t even mix it properly. I thought it was blue cheese at first because of the lumps it had. Now, to make matters worse, they don’t take cash. They might as well start closing their locations.

I placed an order online for an 8 pc combo with Louisiana Rub.
I was surprised to find that not only did I ONLY receive 7pcs BUT my chicken didn’t have ANY seasoning on them.
I called to speak to a manager. She initially told that maybe I should’ve ordered something else bc it’s a Dry Rub that doesn’t stick to the chicken. I didn’t accept that advice bc I have no problem ordering that flavor anywhere else. I told her there is simply NO SEASONING on this chicken at all.
Thankfully I got my money back. I was highly disappointed and per the reviews I don’t know If I’ll go back. I know the guy with the dreads knows how to season the chicken. If you ran out of seasoning then say so.

Ordered online! Ready on time! Order was correct! The lemon pepper were a tab over sauced and oil pooled the bottom of the container! I’m never against extra seasoning but the oil leaked through the bad pretty bad. Other than that! Wingstop is always a treat for me!

I feel extremely terrible for the only worker they have here. It’s a college football Saturday and management wanted to cut costs and only have one worker. At a wing place on college football Saturday. No one is answering phones. The cook is cooking and working the cashier at the same time. NORTH TEXAS WINGSS LLC who owns this franchise should be forced to sell. Embarrassing is an understatement. Order was supposed to be ready at 10:30. Got it an hour later.

For one they missed up my order also gave me non cooked wings didn’t give me my fries . Extremely upset spoke to the manager he said “ oh we had big orders “ that’s why your order was messed up . I come here nearly every day these last few weeks, nothing but great things to say. The staff is lively and very sweet, the food is always on time and is consistantly good. For the most part, the lobby is very clean unlike some other locations in the area.
