My wings were very dry and cooked extra hard didn’t look anything near fresh. I ordered the hot honey and it looked like it was only fried without any of the sauce. I called numerous of times the first time someone answered and didn’t say anything. After that it went to voicemail. Please see pictures… and also the guy at the register was not friendly at all. And in the process of me picking up my food and paying for my order he started talking to the guest behind me.

So ordered two sets of two strips to see if they came out a decent size or not before ordering more. The first two came out right. Full strip sized. So I ordered one more two strips and a voodoo fry. The third set of strips were more like wing sized. The voodoo fries looked good. Asked for the wing sized strips to be fixed and told no. When I tried the fries they were cold. Started off good but ended with a big disappointment. Will be sticking to the McKinney location for now on. I wouldn’t have ordered the last set of strips if I knew it was going to be two wings. Wouldn’t have ordered the fries if they were going to be cold fries. The cheese is hot and the fries are cold. They didn’t even try.

I mean, I expected better service at 12-1 pm, but I guess I was wrong. Walked in and realized the lady there was obviously distracted. It was only after I finished ordering the food when I realized she was literally on her phone the whole time, I just didn’t realize it because she hid it behind the counter. She wasn’t mean or anything, just distracted with the phone. Eventually got the food, which was good. Well, at the end of the day, it’s the only thing that really matters.

Ordered online at Wingstop couple weeks ago for the first time. I was excited to try it since I love wings. I was so disappointed, both my lemon pepper wings and fries were so salty all I could taste was salt. I do like the fries are cut from real potatoes. But everything was so salty I had to throw it out..

It’s a shame the first time I ordered from this location I was very happy very pleased everything was perfect this is now the second order I place and I was very disappointed starting with the freeze they were saggy full of oil cannot eat gum so they went to the garbage my favorite item the corn no flavor cold and mind you I waited over 10 minutes for the order that should have been ready the chicken sandwich sad to say I had one little pickle as you can see in the picture the person that gave me my order she was not happy to be there at work do yourself a favor quit your job the boneless chicken plain one of them it was just nerve not able to eat it so that tells you about my experience how was your pictures

I used to regularly place a wing stop order, at least once a week. But since last 3-4 times the wings are super dry, they don’t put enough sauce and it tastes completely blend. Very disappointing.

I ordered through Uber eats. I order from this store because it’s local. The food looks good but my issues is that they don’t give flats. Usually I’ll have 2or 3 in an order of 10 wings. Today we order a 10 and 6 piece. We received all drums as seen in the pictures. I didn’t select and pay additional for drums. We don’t prefer them but at this location I might have to begin only selecting flats and paying the additional cost for them.

We waited 30 minutes for our dine in order. When we finally received it, my bread was old(look at white spot)and hard. The chicken sandwich tasted like it came right out of freezer and put in microwave. This is a nasty place. For what you pay it should be a lot tastier than it is. I would not recommend this place.

It should not be hard to pay attention to detail, especially when it comes to ordering with the person correct name. Not only was the delivery order wrong, they asked could I pick it up instead.
