Used the app since I need to alter things for an Allergy. Like leave off cheese etc but they added it on anyway and I paid extra for guacamole and avocado Verde sauce which both were missing. Chicken missing from chicken burrito etc. Everything but the quesadilla was messed up missing things and added cheese to everything I guess to hide the fact they didn’t put any beans in it and a few potatoes… I feel robbed and taken advantage of because it’s a rest stop I guess. Pretty Hungry for this to be so expensive too

Open the app, order whatever you would normally. Observe price, then change order location to any other Taco Bell and observe price. How y’all getting away with a 100% markup? Truck stop premium?

I needed a late last-minute dinner after getting out of work, and I went to this location because they were open until 10pm. I was there by 9:30pm, and their grills were off, so I didn’t get any food. Why even be open until 10pm if you’re going to turn grills off so early? A few minutes till closing, I can understand…but not a half hour or more. I drove out of my way to quickly get food before heading home to Elkland. There were no other options after that, so it’s ridiculous to claim being open till 10 if they’re not going to serve people. I could have driven a different route and gone to a different one if this one hadn’t advertised being open till 10.

Food is super over priced, compared to Springfield.I guess they are allowed to charge what ever they want.The store terribly filthy.The pop machines have mold on them.I would highly recommend not going to this taco bell.They also treat there employees terrible. If I could I would give no stars.

I’m a truck driver and this place definitely sets the price to over charge us, not to mention I got the craving box the 4 tacos and burritos and I’d like to know why my tacos are not filled up? Are you trying to save money on food while over pricing the people that keep you in business?

Not a single person in the lobby. No one in the drive-through but us. By the time we finally got our food was 18 minutes. $45 would’ve been better spent at an actual restaurant, especially when she opened the window and said your fries are fresh and they are actually cold. 18 minutes is way too long in the drive-through with nobody in line but us and not a single person in the lobby. All the burritos were cold.. and they were just standing in the window talking and laughing..

This location was very busy. There was two people working very hard to keep up with the orders, but the rest of them just seemed to ride on the hustle the two active employees. The quality of the food matches what every other good TacoBell has. The prices are higher here.

We went through the drive through so I’m basing my whole experience through that. We were expecting the typical drive through customer service but completely welcomed by Stacey. She was a bubbly, outgoing, and welcoming employee. She made sure our order was correct but also recommended amazing small changes to make our order even better. Mary was also another smiling face who was kind. Thank you for an amazing and happy experience ladies!

Super expensive taco.bell like double for a lot of things and they don’t open till half way through the day punish them and don’t go there until they get better hours and adjust the prices to what ever other taco bells
