Order it online, as for wings well done got the buffalo ranch fries. Food was really good, wings were crispy on the outside tender on the inside. Restaurant was not crowded beverage area was a little messy but otherwise very clean

I always ordered here, it was my #1 and my phone already knew this location was my to go to place. Until 11/17/2025… I mistakenly placed my order for this location when I happened to be on the opposite side of town. As soon as I received my online confirmation, I realized I messed up. I called to cancel my order immediately. A girl answered and I explained. She said she would cancel my order and I would be reimbursed within 7 business days. I asked if I would get a confirmation and she responded “no” and gave me the manager’s name. Its Jan 18, 2026 and still have not received reimbursement. Ive contacted my bank and am still fighting my $62.42. There has to be accountability. People are getting away with food/money other people work hard for. Never coming back unless this is fixed

Went in to place a small Togo order while I waited on my staples order and the lady had her back turned and was conversating with the cook and I was the only one in there, it was slow and he was cooking. Her conversation was more important. Once she finally asked me if I was picking up and I said no placing, she said one moment and turned back around. I left because I’m like just take the order and you can continue your conversation or whatever. It was rude and didn’t make sense to me. I see this location doesn’t have good reviews about the service or the food so glad I left.

Horrible, horrible, I don’t understand why they don’t take the proper time to prepare them properly, no sauce, and they taste like they were just taken out of water, cooked. How really bad because I don’t think you would like it. Why don’t you buy food and get something like that? If you don’t like your job, simply leave it, find another one that you like and do it with pleasure.

I love wingstop but today was one of my worst ordering days ever. My order was made online and when I picked it up it was ready for me. The problem was when I got home. They had forgotten to put all my 4 ranch, and I would’nt care if the ranch was free but no we have to pay for that ranch. I couldn’t go back to get the ranch even though I really wanted to becuase who eats wings with no ranch. After enjoying a a few wings my mom grabs what I believed was a mild one and notices that there are still feathers attached to it. How do you served wings with feathers attached to it. After that our appetite was lost.

I frequently order boneless chicken from this location and this is the second time it wasn’t cooked all the way through. I bit into the first and then cut into the rest and am so disappointed in the store manager asking that we drive back to return the food for the error to be rectified. The poor customer service is the reason we’ll never revisit this location and are leaving this review.

EVERYTIME I come to this location, there’s a problem. The customer service is hit or miss and the managers are not helpful at all. I called them about a 20 piece order that I made that was incorrect- wasn’t fresh, tasted bad and they gave me the wrong food. They told me that I would get a refund, I called three different days. The supervisor was never available and I never got a refund. Just go to a different location!

Horrible wings at this location, I would recommend to stay away from here for a while till something gets done with staff or management. Not sure what’s the issue but the wings I bought yesterday were unacceptable. I got 3 flavors original,Cajun,and mango habanero(picture). All 3 were extremely dry not to mention, very little to no seasoning. None of the wings tasted like their respective flavor, I might as well have ordered plain wings at that point. Not to mention the fries, I ordered a set of large fries and the portion I got could only be described as a kids portion.
