Completely unacceptable! I used to work at McDonald’s, so I know none of this is hard to get right. Don’t serve me anything you wouldn’t serve yourself. I should’ve just ordered a medium fry, because this “large” is a joke. And then you put barely a pinch of lettuce on my McChicken? Y’all are really testing my patience. I’m calling corporate. This McDonald’s hasn’t even been open that long and you’re already ruining its reputation.

Went to pick up a mobile order around 2:30am on 9/7.
I am leaving this review based on the service I received.
Read for further clarification:
Apparently their system wasn’t working and they refused to let me pick up my order because they had nothing show up in their system. I showed them my order number and even showed them when I made the order and verified that I was at the correct location.
I then asked if I would be able to get a refund since they refused to make my order, the manager told me that I had to go through the app. However, the app only tells you to contact the store. (Thanks to whatever issue they were having, I was able to cancel the order when it doesn’t usually allow cancellations once you’re within a certain range of the store, awaiting the refund currently)
I was trying to get food that I had already paid for, but was treated rudely over their systems failure.
Update: Day Shift can’t get it right either

I have to start off with saying that I have autism and I have ritualistic behavior behaviors, and getting breakfast before work is one of them. The morning workers are always amazing, but it’s the APP that is killing me.
I use a code every morning for a discount.
Their days where I will pull up the code in front of the restaurant and they will tell me that it does not work.
Today they didn’t even tell me anything and I got charged full price and didn’t see until afterwards.
I know it’s become a pattern when I use the app so I would’ve just been appreciated to be told. I’m not too sure if the morning manager is fond of me…

Extremely rude workers! This location has no inside no playplace or even any tables outside to sit on, but I worked next door and would walk over & eat mcds on my lunch, on more than one occasion I was spoken down to and looked at like she was better than me.
I got my food at 3:04 pm and sat to eat but by 3:08 the worker named Anna told me to get moving and that no one can eat here!

I think they mean well. My first couple of visits when they first opened went really smooth. But it got progressively worse after that I frequent here probably twice a week. I’ve never just gotten my order and drove away. I always have to pull around and wait. It’s always the coffee that makes me wait. Today they were not even made right. I give up I won’t be returning.

while the order on the receipt was correct what i received was not. the burgers were made incorrectly, i was not given apples in the happy meal, fries were barely filled. when i went back to have have the burgers remade and get the apples i had to go back once more for the apples just to be told they were out and i should have received double fries which i did not both visits.

If I could give negative stars because I have been here a few times and this was my last straw! The drive through lady was rude! She has been rude multiple times. Go through there tonight order food after I got off work and they didn’t even give me a chicken patty on my mcchicken! Tried to call the phone number to try to talk to someone and they don’t answer just automatically goes to voicemail.

DO NOT SUPPORT this location.
Management clearly doesn’t care either about customers.
When this location first opened up their food and customer service was great! After a few months everything went downhill. Never returning to this location rather drive down to another location where they have better customer service.
