The WHOLE reason I went was because I wanted the amazing fries and ranch but was severely disappointed. They were brown, burned and shriveled up. I even ordered an extra side but ended up throwing most of them away. Wings were okay but the fries are what make the price worth it and it wasn’t this time. Next time I’ll just go to the Ennis location which were amazing last time I went.

This Wingstop need to closed down!! We ordered our food online around 8:30pm we ordered our wings well down. My wife stopped to pickup our order on the way home and when she arrived home and opened the food and what we received is some very undercooked wings! This wing stop location is sharp an clean. Very well kept. The people are nice. Call in orders take double the time quoted on app or website. I thought the first time It may have just been buisy but after 2 more times and differing amount of people this still held true. They rather need to adjust there time quote or offer something to make up for it when they don’t meet it. I will not be going back because I see this as a breach of trust and word. If you can’t keep your word on small thing I’m definetly not putting something in my body that I have questions on.

I don’t know who is working or managing here at waxahachie, BUT don’t order here. Lancaster wing stop stop is your best bet! I ordered garlic Parmesan wings bone in from here and it wasn’t seasoned and had no “Parmesan on here” it’s been a year and try them everyone once in a while and am disappointed every time. Then they turn their phones off mid day and don’t care if they messed up. Don’t order here! I’m still waiting on refunds smh. Sitting in fridge because I could make me plain bland dry wings for free if I wanted.

I went here for lunch yesterday sounded good at the time I ordered my food and took 45 minutes to get it and when I got my food chicken and fries tasted horrible I threw away most of it now I’m laying in bed with food poisoning because of eating here I’m the only one sick in my family and I’m the only one that ate wing stop yesterday the rest of our meals for the day we all ate the same thing this is ridiculous and now I’m missing work because of this place, absolutely ridiculous can’t even trust someone to make food these days shut this place down immediately
