Stopped by Wingstop and had a great experience overall. The wings were fresh, hot, and packed with flavor — you can really tell they’re made to order. I tried a few different flavors and each one was well-seasoned and cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and juicy inside.
Service was quick and smooth, even during a busy time. Staff was polite, helpful, and made sure the order was correct. The place was clean and well-organized, which always makes a difference.
If you’re craving wings, fries, or a quick meal that hits the spot, this Wingstop location is a solid choice. Definitely coming back again.

Went in to pick up my order and the service was spectacular. Our wings were hard and overly dry, as if they cooked them a bit too long. Will try again, and hopefully the wings will be better made.

All I know is this has been the best WingStop experience I have had since the early 2000’s.
Every employee was incredibly pleasant, the food came out insanely fast, and was hot, fresh, and delicious.

I placed an order hours ahead of time to be ready by 6:15 pm for Halloween evening. I ordered and coordinated to pick up pizzas from cicis right around the corner (which was ready on time) to be picked up and then wings from wingstop to pick up right after by the said time. I went to pick up my order from wingstop and they did not have my order ready and couldnt even find it at first. I had to show them the order number and then they found it and started making it right then. After she found my order the girl told me “its on 2nd order” Confused, I said “huh?” Then she said in an agitated tone “its on 2nd order.” I asked “what does that mean?” (I dont speak wingstop terminology) Again in an agitated tone she answered, “It means your order is being made right now.” My order should have already been ready to go by that time and they just started making it. So me and my boyfriend had to sit there and wait the extra time it takes to make an order. My pizzas got cold in the mean time and her attitude really topped off ruining our night. It pisses me off that I usually spend $60 or more at this wingstop location pretty often for my family and these employees didnt have an order ready on time that was put in HOURS ahead of time…I put that order in to be ready at that time for a reason! My boyfriend and even another patron that was next to me commented about the employees attitude she gave me as well! I really had to hold back from being ugly to this girl when she gave me the attitude, next time it might be a different story. Im VERY disappointed with this experience. With how much ive spent at this location frankly im pissed off about it!

For the last few orders instead of receiving fries, I received potato sticks. Meaning they are hard and over cooked. I usually enjoy eating here. But the last few orders. My meal has not been good. Not sure what’s going on but apparently I’m not the only one since the current rating is 2.5 here.

Store is dirty, not a single person wearing a hairnet or gloves, kid at the front just standing there with his hands in his pockets. One girl kept touching her face and hair then touching food, boxes, cutting board, ect.. very gross and unsanitary location.

I ordered this through DoorDash as I live 15 minutes away. They really messed up my order. I ordered 10pc boneless chicken wings with a large ranch and cheese fries with Garlic Parmesan seasoning. When my order arrived the extra seasoning I paid for on my fries was non existent and I even asked for extra seasoning. No Parmesan in sight! I ordered a large ranch and somehow it didn’t show up in my complete order and I didn’t notice until the order showed up. My husband went to another wing stop to get me the Parmesan seasoning (and ranch) which ended up being 19 cents for just a small thing of cheese! Their DoorDash system is completely messed up. I would not order this through DoorDash or in person again.

So, I left and got home and no veggie sticks anywhere. Called up there to get a refund and all they said is we’ll put your name down so when you come back we’ll give you Credit. What an inconvenience Wing Stop.

The WHOLE reason I went was because I wanted the amazing fries and ranch but was severely disappointed. They were brown, burned and shriveled up. I even ordered an extra side but ended up throwing most of them away. Wings were okay but the fries are what make the price worth it and it wasn’t this time. Next time I’ll just go to the Ennis location which were amazing last time I went.
