I ordered online. The app estimated a pickup time of 16-21 minutes. This is a greatly UNDERestimated time. It took over an hour. I’m pretty sure the app just quotes a general time without a mechanism to connect to the store’s actual estimates. It’s very misleading and frustrating. While waiting, i heard at least 4 people mention the same issue. The staff tried their best to accommodate but the few of them present could only do so much.

Every single time I order from this location there is a problem with my order. They always mix up the flavors or give you the wrong flavors and when we pick up there is always a wait even though we give them more then enough time to complete the order. They never have decent human beings in there working only little kids that are oblivious to the tasks at hand. I go back thinking maybe this time it will be better but nope, never fails to let me down. As much as this food is you would expect their quality to be up there but nope. Just go to the one in red oak and don’t waste you time.

Ordered online. Got there a little earlier than when it was supposed to be done. The employee at the front was a lot nicer and more professional than what I’ve experienced here in the past. Helping multiple customers she verified my name a couple times and let me know when it was being bagged up. The fries were hot and the wings were perfectly cooked. Fantastic job

If i could give it 0 stars i would. Ordered at 9pm online app said it was a 45 to 1 hr wait. When i came or the restaurant at 10, employee had us waiting outside in the cold when store hours on door said open until midnight. They told me they never started my order because they didn’t have anymore boneless wings. I believe i should have received a text, call or email. They finally offered me a refund that i will be receiving in 3-5 business days. So money came out of my card and i now have to wait to receive funds. We ended up not eating dinner because of this. The manager and register were very rude and unprofessional in many ways. This is very unacceptable.

Horrible ghetto customer service. Made my order and found out the machine had no ice so the lady poured ice from a jug, and while getting a drink, found out the sodas were all flat. The employees didn’t tell us customers. Then when my wife asked for a refund on the drink, one ratchet employee started being rude with my wife so my wife said just refund the entire order and after telling me I would be refunded my money in a few days, I have not received anything in over a week and will now go back and speak to a manager. This place is the worst wing stop I have been to.

Ordered at 8 pc wing combo at 5:44 pm arrived at storefront at 6:06 pm. Order said it would be 16-21 mins. I didn’t get my food until 6:38 pm. Next time I’ll ⏲️ just ask for my money back and take it next door to Subway. I might as well never ordered online…what’s the point!
