Today will be THE LAST time I step foot into this place. We witnessed a Veteran getting told NO THEY DO NOT honor military discount ONLY to law enforcement..what?? Do they REALIZE if it wasn’t for the veterans that policeman wouldn’t exist??? Shady shady shady !!!! I will find out about other wingstops cause I do love the food but, I can LIVE without it !!!!! People need to stand up for what’s right and our VETERANS should matter !!!!!!!!

Took 20 minutes to get my food. I tried to ask about flavors and loaded fries with no description from cashier. Seemed like I was bothersome with nobody in the restaurant. Food was warm at best and boneless were rock hard. Parmesan garlic was swimming in oil and covered in parmesan. Not good tasting at all. Mango habanero was a decent flavor but warm as I been sitting for a while waiting. Fries were sweet tasting like they added sugar instead of salt to them. Weird flavor and barely had any cheese. I was just overall dissatisfied and disappointed. I’ve never had wingstop and doubt I would ever come back. I wanted to give it a try since they’re new in town. I almost left cause the vibe from the cashier wasn’t pleasant. There were online orders that came and left and even the 2 people who ordered behind me were fed before my order was even made. I didn’t finish my food and feel like I wasted almost $15 on a meal that wasn’t worth it. I’d ask for a refund but I was already upset. I left about 70% of my food there. Nobody even asked how it was or came to see if everything was OK. When I asked for silverware the man seemed like I asked for money. He was awkward like I should eat with my hands. even repeated “silverware?” “Huh” wont be coming back.

My partner and I ate there last night and within a few hours he had food poisoning. His stomach started cramping which lead to nausea and eventually vomiting and extreme chills. He stayed up from 1-6am alternating between trying to lay down to sleep, and running to the bathroom to throw up nonstop. He threw up around 24x last night, and this morning his stomach is bothering him and he feels weak and dizzy/ lightheaded. He ate 10 classic bone in wings. I ate a sandwich and have not had any issues so far. I do not recommend this place because either the workers do not wash their hands while preparing the food and are transferring bacteria, or they do not let their chicken cook properly before serving to their customers. 1/10 stars. Customer service was bad as well, they forgot we had ordered drinks and seemed like they didn’t care. I understand working sucks and it is something we have to do to survive, but when you work with food you should follow food safety to avoid poisoning the public.

Absolutely the WORST wingstop I’ve ever been to. The staff was not welcoming at all. Couldn’t eat all my food and there were four employees that stood there chatting, looking at me, while trying for the the females attention that there was a customer up front waiting for a request. She comes out shouting I’m on my way. And they all get a laugh out of it. They were standing there talking so they obviously knew I wasn’t a new customer. How dare I go up to the counter and ask for to-go containers from someone who was it was not in their job description. Then the female look at me in the eye and shouts that. I’ve been to many Wingstop locations. That will definitely be my last!!!!
