My mom and I came here for the first time after being in the area for about five years — we’ve always been curious, and tonight we finally stopped in. The cashier was so kind and our food came out in a great amount of time. I also have to say, I’ve never seen a cleaner Wingstop—ever! The floors weren’t greasy like other locations I’ve been to, and the soda station was fully stocked and spotless. We’ll definitely be coming more often after this great experience!

If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would. Best wing stop ever!! My Cashier Mia was amazing and sweet and helpful. Ashley was super sweet as well asked us if we needed anything after our food was brought out by the GM who was also the cook. My food was fresh and perfect and not greasy at all yet very flavorful. Sooo goood!!! I was honestly really edgy about coming here because of other reviews but honestly I’m super glad I came because it was amazing. Everyone was friendly and food again was great.

Took 20 minutes to get my food. I tried to ask about flavors and loaded fries with no description from cashier. Seemed like I was bothersome with nobody in the restaurant. Food was warm at best and boneless were rock hard. Parmesan garlic was swimming in oil and covered in parmesan. Not good tasting at all. Mango habanero was a decent flavor but warm as I been sitting for a while waiting. Fries were sweet tasting like they added sugar instead of salt to them. Weird flavor and barely had any cheese. I was just overall dissatisfied and disappointed. I’ve never had wingstop and doubt I would ever come back. I wanted to give it a try since they’re new in town. I almost left cause the vibe from the cashier wasn’t pleasant. There were online orders that came and left and even the 2 people who ordered behind me were fed before my order was even made. I didn’t finish my food and feel like I wasted almost $15 on a meal that wasn’t worth it. I’d ask for a refund but I was already upset. I left about 70% of my food there. Nobody even asked how it was or came to see if everything was OK. When I asked for silverware the man seemed like I asked for money. He was awkward like I should eat with my hands. even repeated “silverware?” “Huh” wont be coming back.

I don’t know what type of buffalo sauce that is, but please get rid of it. there is no season … there is no flavor it tastes exactly like invisible! somebody call Rick Ross please… I’m sure he would not approve of this. I don’t know what happened because at one point a time this place was actually good, but they fell off. Almost every food place in Kaufman is trash. I gave them three chances y’all messed up each time someone needs to take over or maybe I will at this point. Bleh

I recently stopped by Wingstop and let me tell you, their wings are amazing! I went with the new Smokey Chipotle Rub, split between boneless and classic and they had just the right kick! The portion size was generous, and the fries were crispy, and fresh, just the way I like them

Friday night try to order over the phone to save time made my order I ask ii can do so me boneless wings and traditional with the meal I ordered the lady that helped me say yes then they made want over the phone then I believe the manager took the phone over just to say the meal I wanted doesn’t exist I say Iam looking at it on the website she said Iam trying to help you Sr and interrupt me while I was talking by the time they supposed trying to help me I was already at the restaurant end up paying more just so I can get my order the way I want it no apology or nothing

My 2nd time at this location and I will not be going back. The 1st time they forget the ranch and THATS VERY IMPORTANT! But not only that we didn’t get the flavors we wanted.
Today I just couldn’t eat like I wanted to. The bag hardly made it home. The wings were super greasy it was disgusting. The fries had so much grease they were extremely soggy.
The girl at the counter kept on smacking her gum I should’ve known my order was going to be bad.
I will drive the extra miniatures to wings over Kaufman.
