This Wingstop is slipping sadly, always something wrong with my order, never enough sauce on the wings, when you try to order online, there’s no option for extra sauce, when you try to call an order in, you’re redirected to an automated ordering system which also does not accommodate with special requests (such as upgrading veggie sticks to roasted corn, extra sauce, etc.) After telling the automated system you’d rather talk to a human, you get transferred to an order taking call center, these people just use a form of online ordering which also does not accommodate certain special requests. The fries have somehow always tasted like cardboard, even drenched in three different sauces, which I overlooked since the wings used to be good.

I wanted wings so we ordered from WINGSTOP! No Brainerd considering I love their wings. I ordered a 10 pcs. Bone in. I get home open my order and got 10 drums! If I wanted drums I would’ve ordered drums only and probably been cheaper, or gone to a “DRUMSTOP”! Got so upset I slammed food straight in the trash because I lost my appetite. Was s3cond time this has happened at this locating and can’t count how many times I’ve gotten only 1 or 2 flats. If this is “just how it comes out of the package when prepared. Then why have I NEVER gotten only flats or only 1 or 2 drums?! Dought I will be returning here again. Oh and 3rd week straight that the Coke machine is not functioning correctly! Extra syrupy flat Coke to go with my drums!

Absolutely the worst. Never had an issue here before until today. First called in my order to somebody who did not know the menu. Then order a Meal Deal with boneless and a family pack with bone in which cost over 50 bucks. Come in to get my food and workers are in the back and after a breif wait finally come out. No problem, took the order home to eat… first bite RAW CHICKEN and not just one piece it was almost all of them . Called to get a response was put on a long wait. When I was taken off a hold the same girl answers. I tell her what happened and she says EWWWWW. YEAH, RIGHT! The manager gets my call and he helps me out. Good! Pick up the order and same thing workers in the back, the girl is outside and when they finally realize someone is in they come out like they where all doing something. I get home to boneless wings. At this point I’m done. It’s late and I just want a refund. I get back and a woman was there for a pick up before I left the second time and she was still there 20 mins later. They had not made her order when she called. Thanks! I just got home from working out of town and our dinner was completely ruined. Never will be going back.

It never fails every time we order from this wingstop they forget several things or the order is completely wrong. This time they forgot all of our fries. No apologies or anything when I called. She just said “uh, you can come back and get them if you want”. Make sure if you do go here you check your bag before you leave.

This wingstop on 104th is the worst place. Horrible people, horrible service, and horrible food. I waited over an hour for my food. (They were a little busy but not busy enough to wait that long). And finally a worker asked me what my order was and I told them, just to find out that it was made and sitting on the rack for 25 minutes, and nobody there was intelligent enough to call out the order or tell me it was done. A bunch of un intelligent lazy rude people work here.

My friend ordered some to go (10 pieces, 2 different seasonings on each half) and i went and got it. It would be alright if you were drunk but that’s about it. Almost a tablespoon of grease at the bottom of the lemon herb remix. The hickory smoked Bbq flavoring was overpowering.
