Food is good, but VERY SALTY FRIES. Coudnt eat them. Got there, no greeting, then when they got my food ready, the skinny blonde guy just looked at me, hand me the food, I said “thank you brother” and he just rolled his eyes and walked back without saying a word. If I was able to give this location zero stars I would. I first of all accidentally order from this location. I never order from it, I always go out of my to order from the Nelson rd location customer service and food is always better!! I had to wait for the cashier to stop flirting with a customer to be acknowledged. Then because she was so wrapped up in there conversation I was charged incorrectly. When I explained to her what happened she acted as if my money wasn’t a big deal. Food cold, poor quality and terrible and disrpectful staff. Reminds why I drive out of my way!!

05/27/23 – If you order through anything but waitr, you might as well find a comfy seat because you will be waiting awhile. I ordered online and was told it would be ready in 15-21 minutes and that was at 10:07 pm. It is now 11:29 pm and I am still waiting on my food. It gets better… after sitting here for an hour and asking numerous times when my food was going to be ready, it turns out they lost my ticket and wasn’t going to tell me:) To put it plainly, they gave me BS for over an hour to shut me up. It’s extremely disrespectful as a healthcare worker to have left the hospital to get my food and I’ve been here for over 45 minutes waiting on food that should have already been ready. The management of this place need to change. It’s obvious they don’t care about the customers opinion.

We had a pleasant experience at Wing Stop off Ryan. The workers were pleasant and attentive. It took a little longer to get the food because we guessed they were fulfilling call in or waiter app orders, lol. Either way the wings were hot and flavorful and the fries were hot and good especially with their sauce. This was my first time there, my husband and I ate there for about $27. I ate wingstop for the first and last time yesterday night. I got a large cheese fry and a chicken sandwich. I don’t know what to expect exactly but my fries did not have any cheese on them, but the receipt says I got a large cheese fry and the price reflected that too. The chicken sandwich would have been decent if it weren’t so dried out that I thought I bit into a piece of hair. We also ordered teas with our meals and the tea machine ended up being down, essentially my whole meal was a letdown. I wouldn’t get food from here again, especially with the price of the food.

The wings were dry, and barely had sauce on them. The wait time was 40 minutes. The food preparer left his area went to service the cash register and then back to preparing food without washing his hands. Every bag that left the store had sauce on the receipts. There was dust falling from the vents.

Won’t be coming back. First thing, I called to place and order and was placed on a hold for 10 minutes then I was hung up on. Then when I try to call back, I get a busy tone as if they left the phone off of the hook. Finally I get an answer after calling 17 times. I ordered a 20 piece boneless wings with 2 different sauces. And I ordered voodoo fries with it and asked for the sauce for the fries to be put on the side so my fries wouldn’t be soggy. I go in to pickup my food, I get no greeting what so ever, just looked at. I said I’m here to pickup an order. She got my order and said not a word to me. Get the food and get home, I have PLAIN boneless wings, voodoo fries with everything on it SOGGY! So I come back and politely told the lady that my order was wrong, she looked at me and with a horrible attitude said “your order was made exactly how it was ordered!!” As I started explain what was wrong, she took the bag and told the guy in the kitchen to hurry and just throw some sauces on my chicken and try to save the fries that he could without the sauce. I then stated to her that I wanted my order remade due to the fact that it was cold from me having to go all the way home then drive all the way back. She says “well ma’am you didn’t need it to be remade because the wings didn’t have any sauce” I then explained my reasoning to why I wanted everything remade. She walks away talking about me to the kitchen staff saying “lord not tonight, she don’t wanna F*** with me tonight”!! This is supposed to be a business. I order food from here quite often and to be treated like this is absolutely wrong. DO BETTER WINGSTOP!!!
