I visit this location consistently, and haven’t had any issues. So shout-out to the kitchen and staff for perfecting Goddess order whenever I place it through the app. The fries are sweet , so I get the Cajun corn instead with extra seasoning. If you like your chicken fried crispy be sure to let them know, makes such a huge difference

I’ve visit this Wingstop frequently because it’s close to my house. Tonight around 11:20 PM, I went to place an order, waiting for several minutes until the other two customers were served. When it was time to order, the worker said the system was down and couldn’t take anymore orders. So I asked how did the other customers receive their order then. He stated they made them online. That’s false. All online orders are placed with a sticker to seal the bag. This guy just didn’t want to take my order late. Mind you, this store closes at 1AM, according to the website. I would have rather he stated they stop taking orders at a certain time before closing than to lie straight to my face. Now I’ll bring my business elsewhere.

I live near this Wingstop location and they always give me quality food and service. The staff is nice, the establishment is clean, and the food is tasty. My favorite items on the menu are: triple chunk brownie, cajun fried corn on the cob, chicken sandwich, and boneless wings. (The fries are good too).

While placing my order I informed that I would like my wings extra crispy. I asked the cashier to make sure that was put on my order and she just looked at me. I informed that I would be asking them to remake them if they were not right. Once getting my food they were not made like I asked. She took my wings and dropped them back into the grease… Once getting them back they weren’t even the flavors I asked for so I just left. There were no customers here other than myself.

Their restaurant is clean but that’s about it. The website wasn’t working so I ordered over the phone at exactly 12:15pm. I ordered the $20 classic wing deal – 7 mango harbenero, 7 honey hot, 6 Cajun- with a regular Cajun fries. Get to the restaurant at 12:35 only for them to not have made my order. I ask how long (because I work from home and needed to return soon). She says 2 minutes. I have a seat. About 3 minutes pass, she has me come up to the counter to pay. I swipe my card to pay and ask for a receipt- the order is wrong. I’m rung up for 20 boneless wings instead of classic, wrong flavors, and no fries on the order. I ask her to cancel it because again, I work from home and need to return soon. I’ve now tried this location twice alongside the other location on Veterans Memorial closer to Clearview. This is very common between both locations and at this point, I give up. There’s not a wing in the world worth all this drama.

Idk who you have working the front counter but other than hello, they don’t speak. Every location in New Orleans is the same. No friendly service. No thank you have a wonderful day. Nothing. Not to mention I had to take my food out of what it came in and put it in a different container because it was SWIMMING in grease. If I could give less than 1 star I would. As a business owner you should be ashamed of yourself. Poor training, poor service, poor food. Eeesh

Service was above and beyond! Chicken was hot and fresh and had the perfect amount of sauce. I will definitely be back to this location. I had a much better experience than the other one

I love Wingstop; this restaurant in particular was gross. I was served cold fries and wings, when I asked for a fresh batch of fries. I watched the employee reheat the ones I gave back to him in the grease that it was previously cooked in. Unsanitary conditions, filthy, I observed the employee handle my food after using chemicals for cleaning the floor, without washing.
