I’ve ordered from this location twice. The first time, I had to wait longer than was estimated and I didn’t check my order before I left. I shouldn’t have to do that, but nowadays you have to double check everything. I got home and found out they didn’t put the order of tenders for my kids in the bag. I had to drive back to get them.

If I could give zero stars I would! 6:30pm on a Thursday, tried ordering online and it said “unavailable” so I called. On hold for 23 mins no answer, so I hung up. Came to the store for them to say, “if you wanna place an order it’s gonna be at least an hour wait” Poor service! I don’t mind waiting but you could pick up the phone and let people know that before driving to the location! Terrible terrible rude service. Never will order from this location again!

Ordered mild wings and they were fiery hot sitting in a bed of lava. One manager told me to bring them back and they’d replace them. Went in and another manager literally told me “too bad” and chuckled and said have a good day.

Does this look like extra seasoning to you? This store is disappointing. The whole reason I have to ask for extra seasoning is because it’s hardly ever any on there. The customer service is seriously lacking at this location on superior street. I’ve only had one lady there actually be reasonable and helpful. This says a lot about your company and what you put up with Wingstop. If you can go to another location. This one isn’t worth it.

Saw the reviews and figured had to try it out… Got food the minute the app said it’d be done, order was complete, and food was all great. Got the lemon pepper and the mango habañero wings, voodoo fries, and some brownies. Fries were fantastic, wings were crispy, brownie was fudgy, and the ranch was some of the best. Absolutely zero complaints, y’all got a regular customer now 🙂
