On a Super Bowl Sunday at 4pm, what can I say. There were 50 orders all pre ordered for the same exact time. Yes my order was an hour late, but the food was still hot, good and the Regional Manger and staff did their best to get the orders out or offer refunds. Normally the store is the right size for any normal day but today it was severely undersized. At any other time I have never had a problem. Now with that said Wingstop could do their ordering better to allow only so many pre orders slots at high anticipated times to keep things like this from happening.

I’ve preordered wings before the superbowl and the day the superbowl started the doordasher that was supposed to send the wings cancelled the order and i went to the store to ask and confront them about the situation and they said that the refund will be about 5-7 days… til this day i am still waiting for the refund i have called the store multiple times to talk to them and no answer from them til this day. This is just plain dumb and pathetic cuz the order wasn’t cheap either yet they took my money, really need to do better

Ordered for delivery with an estimated delivery time of 4:25-4:40. Food was picked up at 4:30, but ultimately not delivered until 5:11. Food was cold, and all the fries were soggy and inedible after sitting in the delivery car for over 40 minutes. I called the store to ask about the delivery delay and was told by the store manager that it’s not their problem since they push the delivery off to other companies. She wouldn’t answer how to contact the delivery service, and when I asked for further information she hung up on me. Completely unprofessional customer service.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and my husband walked out…. Rude counter person told me husband they WOULD NOT give us hot Cajun sauce in a cup was just one of the things! Went to the one on Mexico, and they were kind, gave us EXACTLY what we wanted… we will NEVER go back to the one on Mid Rivers and if it’s owned by someone, I hope they know how their employees treat the customers…..

The Super Bowl rush was handled well; although, they did get pretty far behind on orders. I observed a professional team for a hour and a half while waiting on my order. They worked hard to catch up on orders while politely responding to customer requests for order status. Their new software needs to limit the number of orders that are scheduled to be picked up at the same time.

At 1:00pm, I placed an order online for pickup at 5:45pm. I arrived at 5:40pm and was told it would be another 10 minutes. It took until 630 to get my small order. I don’t understand the purpose of ordering ahead of time when people who order after you get theirs before you.

This food was awful it’s our second time having this experience. The fries are either not done at all or burnt. The chicken is not bully cooked so they just over so it with the sauce do you won’t see it till you have bitten into it. This place use to be really good when they opened. Now it is just a waste of money
