This wingstop is my roommates and I favorite late night spot. The wings are always hot, fresh, and perfectly sauced. The fries were seasoned exactly how they should be. What really makes this location stand out though is Frank’s customer service. Frank is always friendly, attentive, and makes sure everything is right. You can tell he actually cares about customers and takes pride in his work. The food and service is what keeps me coming back. Easily one of the best Wingstops in the area.

Placed take out order on Saturday january 10th before bears game, to pick up at 7 PM. When I arrived on time for pickup, store parking lot and interior was packed. Everybody was trying to either cancel or frantically looking for an update about their order status. After struggling to find a tiny spot in their parking lot, I went inside and canceled my order. Person at the cashier was saying that they had a problem with ordering system. Some people were questioning why they didn’t get any feedback about this issue since they placed their orders more than 7 hrs ago to pickup at 7 PM.

Waited 40 minutes after stated time for my food. I try to go to this restaurant every time they have playoffs or Super Bowl. They are always disorganized, and have no system for keeping track of orders. The employee said they could only see ten hours at a time, and had no way of giving a time line for uber eats or door dash placed orders.
Please do not come to this location during peak times such as playoff, Super Bowl etc. I’ve been the last several years, to this location and it is always the same thing. I will never , ever place a catering order here again. Please expect to wait 45-min to uber an hour if you place your order well in advance. The employees were lackadaisical and seemed like they did not care. Being busy and having a lot of order is not an excuse to be inefficient and have people wait over an hour for their food . YOU JAVE BEEN WARNED!

I had to stop by on Tuesday for those $0.70 boneless wings the staff is super friendly. it’s a small place but its cozy. I love the fact that you can get free refills on your fountain drink. it’s nice that the atmosphere is comfortable and they work hard to keep it clean so don’t forget to stop by on Tuesday and get some of those $0.70 wings they’re pretty good.

We needed to eat in the restaurant. There are two tables, both dirty, and the place was freezing. I bet it was 45 degrees. Eating at a dirty table with my coat on was too unpleasant to rate the food.

This is the most inconsistent restaurant. There are times you can order the food and it’s fine and there are times like Thursday night when I order the food. It was salty. It was cold. It made me and my daughter sick. I paid you 30.00 to make us sick. Crazy!
