Ordered two Beef and Cheese Burrito, got two Bean Burrito. Had to eat them, I had nothing else. Never the less they was very bad. The wrong place for carry out. No more drive thru for me. Having supper inside with my family. Meal was just the way I ordered it. Dinning area was clean. Meal Delicious. 12/16 My son and I had a great meal. Staff was very friendly.

I found the food ordered to be of decent quality. I truly felt that the profit boosting small bag of nacho chips and the half filled container of accompanying cheese to be rather disappointing and a total rip off, perhaps I would have felt entirely different had the nachos been half-off in price to match the quantity shaving. Please consider avoiding this abuse.
The dining room was a bad joke. Every table was dirty, the tile floor was littered with food wrappers, food and napkins. Numerous staff members came into the dining room to pick up trays and restock the sauce packets who had to have seen that the dining area needed attention, but instead simply chose to ignore the situation.
The staffs indifference to the sites appearance leaves considerable room for improvement, but first you need to pretend that you at least care.
My visit quickly morphed into why I would not want to return to this establishment.

This location has some of the rudest employees. The food is ALWAYS screwed up (simple orders) and when you try to address it they have the most unprofessional behavior and commentary.

Food was good. However, the experience with what I ordered was terrible. I ordered a side of sour and got not even a half rammikin full. Asked about why so little and was told that’s “1” pump. Because I said I gotten more the last time I came which was about a week ago, the manager on duty had to prove what “1” pump is. I couldn’t even clean the rammikins because all they have out are forks.

I order here often but I am getting tired of how bad the food is consistently. Any other taco bell is better than this location. At this location, My taco shell is stale and never crispy. You either get too much meat or not enough meat. The food is not warm. You can tell they premake the food and let it sit out for hours before giving it to you. The lost can go on and on. The management of this place is terrible. The owner needs to eat a taco at this location and then go in town to a taco bell. At that moment you will truly see how bad his location is. Please check your food and check your staff before someone gets sick. This way of business may be fine now but as Sahuarita grows and more companies come in. Y’all will be out of business quick.

Ordered two Burritos NO ONIONS due to a family members allergy and they also added sour cream when that’s listed as an option but not an ingredient that is added unless asked and I never requested it either. He is now very ill. Apparently they can’t even follow a simple and very clear order. Never going back there and if you have a food allergy or your children do I suggest you stay far away they are better off going to the McDonald’s right next to them to avoid potential illness and or death.

I am not the type to complain, but when I walked in and ordered my food on the kiosk because there was no one to be seen, card reader not working then i asked for customer service and was completely ignored by all the workers that were busy on their cellphone. So I walked out without my food and thought Who is the irresponsible manager that allows this??
