They sold me wings that were inedible. I almost puked after taking a bite. The wings tasted like they seasoned them with the dirt on the floor of their kitchen. They also still had feathers on them. I brought them back maybe 15 20 minutes after leaving the store the girl I talked to the first time was apologetic and even threw them away herself. The pissed off teenager I talked to the second time going back asking for my refund claimed he was the manager and promised me he’d reach out to me after he had me right down my name and number for the second time. Never got a call from them and never got my money back. Terrible customer service. The chicken sandwiches are good when the right people are working though, but I’m never ever buying wings from this joke of an establishment again. Wait time said 16 minutes minimum for only a large fry, when I arrived and got home my food was already cold, some fries weren’t cooked along with wrong flavor fries.

Quick at the counter and getting food on a busy Friday night. Fries were perfectly seasoned. Wings were crisp and delicious. Would have preferred a little more sauce on our mild wings, but still delicious.

Stopped in for a late lunch and ordered the 10 piece combo. Was hot in fresh in a reasonable amount of time! The place was extremely busy even at 2:00. Staff was extremely friendly and was on top of keeping the tables clean for new guest. I highly recommend! Keep up the great job! An excellent addition to the area.

I go in there a lot love the food last 2 times I’ve been , it’s been awful, first time I went I waited an hour to get my food, second time I went I order a 4 piece chicken strip and I got 3, I’m on a lunch break budget and for 4 with a drink and fries is 10$ it’s amazing when I get back to work for the rest of lunch break and see 3 I’m not to happy.

Atmosphere is very dark. Wings weren’t anything special. Average at best. The cashier said the garlic parm wings had a lot of sauce on them but my sons wings didn’t have a drop of sauce on them. I had the mild wings and they had very little sauce on them. The were lacking in flavor. The cashier was friendly; he had a nice smile. Unfortunately, when they gave us our food, they forgot to give me my wings. Overall my experience was mediocre. I likely won’t go back.

Ordered delivery. And 5 minutes after I was supposed to.have food delivered, I was messaged that my order was canceled. No explanation. So naturally I called store. Left on hold for 5 minutes before I ditched. My family wants wing stop very badly…so im gonna go drive across town to the better one. The management/leads seem to want this franchise to be successful. They were hands on and active within the team. Our order was missing some wings and they corrected it with double the portion along with fantastic customer service. Thank you for a great experience!
