Nobody in drive through. Only one person in front of me in store to order and it took ten minutes to even get to me. Horrible service. I would understand if you were busy. Employees on their phones visibly while I was waiting. Kept staring at me rudely. I’m there for food. What’s the mystery. How about take my order if you have time to be on your phone and stare. Guess we have to order at a kiosk these days. People can’t even help anymore.

I live close by and used to frequent this location but won’t waste my money anymore. They need corporate intervention and a complete overhaul on their staffing, service and food prep. Everyone that works here seems completely incompetent and in a daze. My order always has something missing or is just flat out wrong and the food they do hand out is cold or clearly not fresh. The lobby is dirty and unstocked and they blare obnoxiously profane music to the point where you can’t wait to get out of there or you just regret coming altogether. Trash.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich from here at approximately 11:30PM on Monday 12/18/23. I took one bite and it was like rubber. I couldn’t even rip the chicken apart with my hands it was so tough. I ended up getting food poising. I will not be returning to this location.

Occasionally I like to swing by Wendy’s on the way home from work, to grab a Frosty. I left work at 10pm, got into the drive thru at 10:17pm, and it’s not the first time that I’ve been told the Frosty machine is down for the night, 1 hour 45 min before close.
I asked if they shut the machines down at a certain time, and was completely ignored.
I am giving up on this location, it’s really not worth the hassle.

Today, March 20, 2025, I had my best drive-through experience ever at a Wendy’s. I wish I would have gotten the employee’s name, but I’m sure if the store manager reads this review they will know exactly who I am talking about. Today was a rough day, trying to urge the city to take serious a safety issue outside of a middle school. Tired and exhausted. I pulled up to the Wendy’s drive-through microphone. It was greeted by an extremely pleasant and joyful voice. I’m sure the employee could hear my exhaustion as I asked if they had any potatoes left and that if they did, I would like two of them. The employee took a moment to check And then cheerfully told me there were two with my name on them. As I continued my order the employee exuded so much joy and pleasantness that it made me happy just to be there. When I pulled up to pay, I was greeted with a huge smile and lots of positivity. I returned about 15 minutes later to the lobby to get something additional and the employee recognized me and greeted me with their joyous attitude. The food was good too, but how you serve the food really makes a huge difference. You don’t expect this level of positivity and pure bliss to come from employees at a quick serve restaurant.

I highly wish i could put 0 stars on this location. Heres what happened: My boyfriend and i walk in to get food after a long day at work mind you we were exhausted didnt feel like cooking and it was the closest wendys by our house. There was a couple in front of us and the staff had us all waiting a little bit over 5-10 minutes to take our order. Now the lady at the cash register i wasnt mad at i get it work is hard you know. But after our order was taking thats when the problem started. We were waiting almost 15 minutes for all of our stuff to get done. When we finally got our order i asked for sauce the manager lady decides to say “its gonna be a charge for 0.39 cents” that wasnt the problem. Before i could say i would pay for it she proceeded to say “oh you didnt buy any nuggets” with an attitude. I said thats crazy i didnt know you had to have nuggets for sauce so i turn to my boyfriend to speak and she comes back and says “mcdonalds and burger king wouldve done the same thing so” im sitting here like why the heck do you keep on talking to me crazy i wouldve bought the sauce and kindly said thank you but instead you wanted to be funny and rude. Then we had to wait for our drinks which we shouldve gotten first before anything. This place is unorganized unorthodox and flat out terrible with service and my food wasnt even fresh. I highly recommend a different location than this one!!

I’m pretty impressed with this Wendy’s! I drove a little out of my way because the Wendy’s by me is often out of things including my favorite item (the apple pecan salad). The staff were friendly and prompt. As a somewhat picky eater that eats hamburgers – NOT cheeseburgers – I almost always expect my order to be wrong at fast food places. My order was correct and fresh. Kudos to the staff at this location!

Ordered a large baconanator meal and got a breakfast sandwich. Lady at counter was getting aggravated with the screen and said “you’re all good to pay” and never allowed me to. Another employee came over and had to fix the screen so I could pay. Keep up the good work!

Wendy’s has healthy vegan bake potatoes. Good choice. Hold the butter and sour cream.
