Let me start by saying the food was ok. When I finally got what I ordered. Good thing I check my order before leaving. Tried the new ranch chicken wrap that was good. I also ordered a classic chicken sandwich. I noticed it wasn’t in the bag. I told the girl that it wasn’t in the bag. She didn’t say a word. No apology. Nothing. Gave me a nasty look like how dare I ask for what I paid for. Many years ago I worked for Wendy’s. This is not how we treated our customers. Next time I will drive farther to the other Wendy’s.

Do not go here. They are awful to customers and they argue with you if you are missing food or got the wrong food (even when you bring the food back!). Managers watch staff argue with guests and say nothing! They don’t repeat the order or give a receipt so you have no idea what they rang in. Only decent thing is the young man at the cash window and a young man named Shaun who tries to rectify things but can’t because it’s EVERY TIME! Don’t bother contacting Wendy’s either. I’ve tried. They obviously don’t care because they never get back to me. Don’t waste your time or money at this location.

Ordered a large baconanator meal and got a breakfast sandwich. Lady at counter was getting aggravated with the screen and said “you’re all good to pay” and never allowed me to. Another employee came over and had to fix the screen so I could pay. Keep up the good work!

We mobile ordered food to pick up on our way to a meeting. Waited in the drive thru line and when we got to the window let them know we had a mobile order for pick up. We were barked at that we needed to go inside to pick it up. My husband went in waited five minutes and came back out. He said 3 people were waiting to order, no one ever came to the register, and 10 were waiting for orders. He cancelled our order and we went somewhere else.

I recently visited a Wendy’s location and had a mediocre experience. While the food was decent, I found that the customer service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested in helping us and didn’t seem to care about the quality of our meal. Additionally, the restaurant was quite dirty and could have been cleaner. While this wasn’t the worst fast food experience I’ve had, it definitely wasn’t the best. If you’re looking for a quick meal, Wendy’s might be an okay option, but don’t expect anything too exceptional.

The food was dry and luke warm. Looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Staff hardly acknowledges you at the drive-thru. It’s just not a place I’ll be going to anymore… kinda sad cause it’s super close to my home and work. Oh well..

I was give the wrong sauce, the large fries I ordered came with small portion instead, and both the burgers and fries are cold. I love Wendy’s but seems like the employees in this restaurant just want to mess with me for some particular reasons. Trash restaurant, will not come back.
