Slowest Taco Bell in history. Never get my order right. Last 4 times I got the cantina chicken bowl. First time no guacamole on it. Second time no black beans in it. 3rd time no guacamole. 4 th time. Hi yeah every time I get the Cantina chicken bowl you guys are out of different ingredients each time. But they never tell you ahead of time. They slop whatever together and pass it on. Do you have everything to make it tonight. Yes mam we do. Ok I will take that but instead of the shredded chicken. I would like that with the roasted chicken chunks. Get home has extremely hard crispy fried chicken tenders in it. Instead of the roasted chunk chicken. I just don’t understand why this place is so incompetent. And btw the fried chicken was so soaked in grease and dried out. It wasn’t edible to begin with or I would of probably just let it go for a 4th time. Enough is enough get it together or close the doors.

Part of my order was as expected, but unfortunately the chips were horribly rancid. You know that strange kind of sharp, stale smell when oil has set too long. I’m sure those chips had been sitting there for a good long while. I love just plain chips and cheese sauce from time to time and that’s when I think, it’s time for Taco Bell. I ordered two orders of chips and cheese and couldn’t stomach the rancid taste of the chips. Disappointing and frustrating since I paid nearly $8 for horrible chips! Please do better! Those chips need checked and refreshed regularly!

No one greated us when we came in. The trash can by the napkins was shoved plumb full. The cans by both exits were to the tops but a person could shove more in. The staff… 2 employees made eye contact didnt say a word. A 3rd I asked if the air was on or the heat was broken. this response im not sure I only work here…. So after cleaning a place to eat my husband and I sit down. My food is not correct. I try to just eat it. Then discover its lacking things it should have and has things it should not! i walk up to the counter and kindly say excuse me can I see the manager. The young man who brought our food to the counter and auctioned it off (there were 3 ppl including myself.) Didn’t make eye contact t walks away said you get your drink yet. My husband says No. Youre the 1st person to come to the counter. He goes to the back and next the gentleman that just works here comes up asks what he can do to help. I said are you the manager he says no. I reply id like that manager.
The gentlemen walks up. He addressed the issue he was very polite and apologized for things offered coupons and I stated I had enough of those we wont use them. He graciously refunded my order and made my food right himself. He also addressed the the tempature. He seemed upset his staff dismissed my concerns about the restraint and tried to correct it. For this I have given more stars than initially Have anticipated.With out Justin’s help and sincerity it would he 1s across the board.

Food was delivered and was slimy and did not look right .immediately threw it away , also the order was wrong it’s always wrong at this location.I would stay away unless you want food poisoning .

I went to Taco Bell today and had a frustrating experience. There were about 10-12 cars in the drive-thru, so I decided to go inside. To my surprise, there was no one in line inside. The lady who seemed to be the manager greeted me with a less-than-pleasant attitude and asked what I needed. I explained that I had an online order, and she responded that they would get it out as fast as they could.
Unfortunately, I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my online order. I thought the whole point of online ordering was to get priority and save time, especially at a fast food place! On top of this we were missing our drinks and everyone kept ignoring me. They throw the food at the counter like is trash. This is clearly not the level of service I expected.
Taco Bell, please consider hiring more staff and focus on improving customer service. It’s not just about speed; it’s about making sure customers feel valued too. I won’t be coming back unless things improve.

Food was absolutely disgusting. You can tell they don’t know how to cook it right ordered a crunch wrapped supreme, and it completely fell apart as soon as I took it out of the bag absolutely no crunch. Need to take that out of the name….1/10 never again

Let me take you on my wild ride…I waited 10+ min in the drive thru . They didn’t have Baja blast, no mt dew and the sprite tasted awful. They handed me a bag of food that wasn’t mine. I got on the freeway going 71 south and if you know this area the next exit is a long way away. It took me almost 20 min from leaving TB to get back there. I pulled up to the speaker and told them they gave me the wrong order and was told to pull up to the window. I waited ANOTHER 15 MIN to get to the window to be told their fryers went down 20 minutes ago and they couldn’t make my food. Why didn’t you tell me that at the speaker??? I ordered on the app so they couldn’t give me my money back. I was out my money, sooo much of my time and still hungry! One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant.

Probably the best Taco Bell location I’ve been to. I have a very complicated vegan order and not only did they not mess it up at all whereas the location near me always messes up, but they also filled my chalupas up to the brim like they did not skimp on the ingredients at all and I love it. Also the lady who brought my food and was calling me ma’am a lot was the absolute sweetest and everyone there seemed super friendly and helpful

Girl at window was rude….didn’t say hi…total or anything too busy play paddy cake with boy at window. Handed me my bag didn’t offer any sauce slammed window and turned her.baco tacos were thrown in bag.
