This is one of my favorite Mexican places around. I’ve been coming here for many years and the food is amazing everytime, and the service is great. My drink never goes empty and the food comes out pretty quickly. My family has tried a variety of items on the menu over the years and it never disappoints.

This has been my favorite go to Mexican restaurant for over a decade. I haven’t had a single thing that I’ve ordered from Mi-Pueblo that wasn’t excellent. It’s the best way I can describe the food as authentic, true Mexican food and not a “Mex-Tex” style. Salsa is delicious and they have the best tortilla soup that I’ve ever had. Five stars!

The ambiance here is very welcoming and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Our waitress was also very personable and very polite. The one thing lacking here is a lot of the food. I have to agree with some other reviewers in that a lot of the cuisine here is mushy and tasteless. However, the sweet tea was very good.

I googled best fajitas near me and Mi Pueblo was listed at the top. I stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner. The wine based margheritas are very good. Chips and salsa were served with warm chips, my preference. Salsa was flavorful and not thin or watered down. I ordered the Pollitos, it’s an appetizer but I ordered as my main entree. It is 4 pieces of jalapeno peppers sliced and served open face and topped with shredded chicken and cheese. It was served on a plate of shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes which served as my salad. This appetizer was much more than I expected and was very flavorful. I definitely recommend this Mexican restaurant.

Southern Florida’s pbbly not the place to eat Mexican food. The small dining room got rather smokey as it seemed the exhaust vent wasn’t working properly. Wet burrito wasn’t anything to write home about… and I know wet burrito’s.
