I decided to go in a place my order because online is usually a bad experience my orders, also because I don’t mind the wait but I let them know that the last 2-3 times I’ve been to this location I’ve had undercooked soggy fries and wings. This time I asked for extra extra well done and they are still soggy and shriveled up. I’ve been going to this location since they opened and haven’t had a problem until the last 3 times I’ve ordered it. I work in a restaurant and I wouldn’t sell this if I wouldn’t eat it. I understand if you were busy but this is undercooked.

I ordered a 6 piece boneless combo via online order, I paid about $12.50 for the meal including tax and got chicken bites. They were about the size of grapes/large blue berries. These things put together were about 2-3 actual boneless wings. The website had no indication as to this “new” size boneless wing nor did the store/employees let anyone know this was their new portion for the boneless wings. I complained online and they offered me a gift card. I’m good on Wingstop, this is the fastest decline in product I’ve ever seen from a restaurant. Yuck! Never again.

Transform Thought
First off we were the only ones in line and it took about 5 minutes for somebody to acknowledge us and ask whether we needed to pick up or place an order…. The order itself was a reasonable order and it took about 20 minutes. The floors were sticky. The drink machine did not have ice and the syrup ratio was extremely off and all the beverages tasted like garbage. We ended up having to get drinks elsewhere. The wings themselves were all right. The fries were flaccid and soggy. Whoever is running this place is not doing a good job this day. I consider the order a failure.

I visited this restaurant after I placed an online order. The online portal said the order was complete and ready. I asked for the order and they said it would be a few more minutes. We waited an extra 30 minutes, and the order still was not complete. I requested a refund, and none was given, no explanation as to why my order was not made in its entirety either. The staff are unprofessional and unapologetic for their errors. I dine out at least once a day and this is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I will never return to this establishment. I would rate it 1out of 10

So my cousins and I went to go to wing stop to try out since it was our first time, we went in and the place was packed with employees. NOBODY TOOK OUR ORDER. We waited 10 min including the lady next to me even asked if anyone was gonna take our order, later on one of the employees came to her and asked if she was placing an order yet never took our order and instead yelled at the other employees to take our orders TWICE!! My cousins and I were in a rush to go somewhere so we were gonna leave but finally they asked what we wanted, we ordered 3 spicy Korean combos yet only received 1 of the combos.. we tried to call yet they said they were closed. They don’t close until 12 am said on their website. If anything DONT EVER GO HERE!!!

Ordered BBQ, but what arrived was some sort of smoky dry-seasoned chicken. I attempted to call the phone number that is listed on the order confirmation email (same as on the website and the Google search result) and it rang to a voicemail box that was full. I tried calling several more times, all with the same result – no one ever actually answered the phone.

Called in for a order to pickup after work ,when I got there my order was ready but the doors were locked the lights were off and the employees were inside playing around with the music loud this was at a quarter to 11:00 p.m. when the hours on the door state that they are open until midnight. When I got home I started to plates ready for my family, opened up the container and was disgusted to see my chicken in puddles of grease, nd my chicken tasted like grease as well. Not only was I highly upset but I had a family that was still hungry and no food to feed them. Very disappointed, this location needs to invest in a staff that is a customer oriented and a good representation of the company and care about how the product is delivered to the customers.

Just want to say this was absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with your company. I had to call 3 times to get help with my order (just had to edit some flavors, not change anything that would affect the pricing), when they finally answered, they had no idea what to do, were asking each other questions. I was handed to a rude man who said that “if I placed it online, then I have to change it online”, when the confirmation email very clearly says that if I have to change or cancel the order, to call the store. Then he told me he doesn’t even see my order and hung up on me. I decided to just deal with my mistake of the flavor choices and just wait for my food. After waiting almost 45 minutes for my delivery, I received an email my order had been cancelled… 6 minutes before the expected delivery time. I had to call ANOTHER 5 times to get through to someone and they told me “we don’t cancel orders” and hung up on me AGAIN. On top of this terrible experience, I WAS STILL CHARGED FOR THE FOOD I DID NOT RECEIVE. REFUND ME IMMIEDATELY. I love Wingstop, I’ve had no issues in Illinois where I usually order from. But yall need some serious help at this location.
