Oh man where to begin! This place is a hidden gem that I was recently taken to. Ever since going my first time about a month ago, I’ve been back 5 times! The bluefin nigiri is probably the best nigiri I’ve had in Orange County (The bluefin keeps us coming back week after week). If I were to recommend anything, it would have to be the bluefin. The yellowtail and salmon nigiri are just as amazing. You can’t go wrong with anything here—the fish is incredibly fresh and flavorful, and each roll and nigiri is so unique in its own way and flavor profile. They are also incredibly generous with portion size and price! We love sitting at the bar because it makes the experience so much better!
Apart from the food, what also keeps me keeping back is the amazing hospitality and service! Whenever we walk in, we are greeted by the entire staff—the sushi chefs, hosts, and servers. The staff take great pride in ensuring that guests are taken care of, and they genuinely enjoy getting to know their guests on a personal and grounded level. A special mention to Torrance, Jay, and Robbin (The sushi chefs) who consistently put out amazing nigiri and rolls for us! Another mention to Debbie and Diana, who are so incredibly warm, friendly, and hospitable—providing the best service in town!

Most wondrous sushi! My wife and I popped in last weekend. First time visiting. We were warmly greeted and seated right away. Our server was so polite and friendly. The chefs waved from behind the sushi bar. Our beer and sake were tasty and the sushi dishes were delicious and just the right size. Love the atmosphere; we went for lunch and it was quiet, but I imagine it can be hustle bustle in the evening. Definitely recommended, check it out.

I always order my grilled salmon plate with rice and vegetables. I love the staff and that they know what my usual order is, as I’m a creature of habit. They’ve also got the best temporary shrimp and I love that the chefs interact with the customers. 10 stars!

This is THE go-to spot for sushi. Their udon noodles are not salty like most places. Hands down the freshest fish in the world. Unless you goto Japan.
