We drive over 2 hrs away just for Wingstop! We were definitely happy that we finally found one here in WI.
I will say to the owners that the size of cheese, the bigger one is not the right size that you are selling so please fix that. It is in fact too small. I’ve worked for Wingstop before and what we got was not the large!

I DoorDash me some food late as hell, but they still gave me some good quality food. Best I been served everything def was how I wanted it. Nothing missing at all, even added extra sauce I didn’t even need but it’s the thought that counts. So thank you for amazing late night cravings.

This is my first time at a Wingstop with my friend and my experience was literally perfect! The cashier, Tyler. Was AMAZING! He was kind and didn’t frown or complain once at our many changes to our order!! He was funny too, making our experience all the better. The food took a short wait to get out, but the wait is well worth it. I tried the Mild, the Hot Honey, and the Lemon Pepper. All of them tasted AMAZING! Even if I didn’t love the flavour. I love the food here, I will def be coming again!!

I pre-ordered wings online for the Super Bowl. The order was ready as I walked in the door, as promised. I spent less than 30 seconds there. The employees were cordial and the place was clean. The wings were outstanding. Get the lemon pepper wings – you won’t regret it.

The first time here at this location, I went to other franchises in FLORIDA. The food was good, but the wait time was a little long. The music was good, that made it fun. There are a lot of flavors of sauces to choose from. Stop by and see what your taste buds are craving.

I had heard about wingstop via TV and coworker. This was my first time ordering and I ordered pick up. I mainly cook my food and going out to eat/ordering out is a privilege for me. I had placed order at appleton wi location at 1802 and was promised latest tme of 1820. I ordered 15 boneless wings with hot sauce. No sauce or sides.
When I arrived at 1822 it took a few minutes for a staff to ask me about my order as it was a Friday night and was likely busier than average day of the week.
The staff told me the wait would be 5 to 10 minutes.
Two other staff about 5 minutes apart each asked me about my order again.
I observed a gentleman staff texting on his phone in the view of the customers. I worked food service for over 16 years and know that is unacceptable behavior.
There were three people who arrived after me that also ordered pick and and recieved their order before myself and a another customer that arrived before me.
I received my order at 1840.
My order did not have the sauce fully covering the wings either. See picture.
Overall I am highly disappointed as I chose to order out instead of cooking a meal at home and found myself bring disappointed. A have already had a handful of people ask me about my experience there. I did not have a positive review.
I do not know if I will return to this establishment or not.
I will say a positive highlight to end my review. The establishment appears to be clean.

I was excited to have my favorite place to eat open in the Midwest. We originally drove to OshKosh because the website stated they were open. No, it’s still under construction and had to drive 23 miles to Appleton. This location changed my mind forever and won’t be back. Our order was messed up at the register and for some reason the total was miscalculated in our favor. 3 sets of customers came in after we sat down and their food was delivered before ours. The chicken sandwich ordered takes 14 minutes to prepare and weren’t made aware of at ordering. Staff couldn’t understand English as I stood waiting on our meal. The sandwich was drowning In Buffalo sauce that was explained NO Buffalo. My husband couldn’t eat it and still didn’t receive his fries. My strips were swimming in grease and had to soak it up before eating. The kitchen staff was so loud we couldn’t hear each other speak like inside of a crowded bar. The $7 we paid was exactly what we received
