Love the consistency that this ambassador location manages to maintain during its nightshift. We get food to go from here pretty often and I have to say that im impressed how even basic menu items are incorrect EVERY time the last 2-3 months and its usually not caught until the wife gets home with it not knowing what’s what.
A Reuben has 2 toppings and a dressing between those beautiful rye buns and messed up. Let’s guess what happens when you order a Pastrami Reuben on the menu that is literally just swapping the corned beef with…. yeah, but no. Entirelly different sandwich completely with no single Reuben topping…. multiple times
Southwest bowl is really good but ain’t “it” without chicken, guacamole, pico….. multiple times.
Come on people, this ish isn’t cheap and shouldn’t have to micro manage people that are getting paid to do a job that has an ingredient list right there for you to read if you need help and get anxious. I work hard for my money and put pride and effort into earning it so I don’t like wasting it on someone else’s carelessness.

This place is fantastic! The salad bar is huge with so many offerings and very fresh ! I got the ranchero on a croissant and it was good, but honestly I could’ve just had the salad bar and been completely satisfied. Ice cream and even coffee on the bar is a very nice touch.
Very clean area and well maintained by the staff. Will definitely be back here !

This is a “go to” and you can’t go wrong. Deli style menu, all your favs- chicken salad sandwich on toasted crescent served with chips or soup. Large salad bar and always good and filling. $10 – $15 for those budgeting. Strongly suggest.

So it was my first time here. It’s a well kept place with a big menu. The service was good and I enjoyed my tortilla soup and my sandwich. The thing that gets me about places like this is spending $17 on a 4.5” sandwich, maybe 4 oz soup, and chips from a grocery store bag. I just feel it was short on value. $12 at any terrific mom and pop restaurant would either over fill you or you would have something to take home after. It also would have been amazing food and all home cooked. This is slightly better than fast food but not up there when I think of wanting to go to a good restaurant. It’s good but not $17 good.

As always the food was delicious but the cleanliness of the restaurant was awful. There was only three tables of customers (including my husband and I) and eleven tables of leftover food, plates, bowls, etc. I have never seen this restaurant so dirty. It has always been clean. We were there for an hour, plenty of staff and not one attempted to clean. The salad bar didn’t have any small plates. The drink area only had one straw, no lids, the Diet Coke was only carbonated water.

Was waiting forever for my to go order. Multiple People who ordered in line got their food before me. I even had a lady ask what my name was. When I finally got impatient, I went to the line again and the food was just sitting in the back….Food was cold and they didn’t make it right. Listed no tomatoes and they had them. All around a terrible experience from the service to the food.

I just found out today that southwest chicken chili is back!!!!! Kyaaaa!!!!
Chicken tortilla soup will be pushed aside for the 3 months that it’s available.
Why only 3 months, though? Tortilla soup was filling the gaping hole that SW chicken chili left behind.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make it a permanent menu item again!!!!
I could eat 10 bowls of the chicken tortilla soup & not be satisfied. It’s a hearty soup that leaves you wanting more. I highly recommend you give it a try.

Went to Jason’s for the first time on Saturday, ordered The Carmela at the drive up, it was Delicious. Had to return today and got a Rueben, also Delicious. What a great place.

Overall, I’ve had pretty good experiences here. Good food, clean restaurant, generally nice employees. I order online often and rarely have an issue. I’ve always liked their food and never really had a problem. Although I did receive a moldy/mushy strawberry in my daughter’s meal as part of a to-go order that I didn’t notice until I got home. And I ordered during a slow time, so it’s hard to believe they didn’t notice it.
