DISGUSTING!!!! i opened my wings to have absolutely no sauce and to be soaked in a GIANT puddle of grease. i don’t even know how someone could serve this and think it’s okay. can’t even get a refund or anything on the app and phones aren’t working. like did they take a full cup of grease and use that as the sauce?!?

I ordered online ahead of time. Website said 16-20 minutes. The last time I tried this location I sat around waiting an extra 20 minutes. Arrived shortly after the quoted time and still ended up waiting an extra 10-15 minutes. Fries were extremely soggy and cold and the wings were not tossed in the sauce, instead it looks like someone poured the sauce on top and called in good. There also seemed to be a language barrier as the girl helping me with take out was hard of understanding and was honestly kind of rude. Overall it was my second time here in months and the experience wasn’t any better.

This wingstop is A JOKE!!! They cannot get simple orders right. I ordered 2 orders tonight (because the first was so wrong… 5 wings instead of 10, wrong sauces) and on my second order the sauces were STILL WRONG. In person is HILARIOUS. I once ordered inside and got a pop. The machine was broken, I notified a worker. He worked on it (after a couple minutes… I understand they might be busy at 3pm… after a lunch rush maybe…) and he said it was fixed. I go over, pop machine is NOT fixed. I let him know and he said “I’ll fix it” and I sat and waited, he didn’t move from the back for at least 7 minutes because that’s how long I waited. Honestly, wasn’t that busy. Just a joke. They don’t care what they serve because they know people will keep ordering. The DoorDash driver who was there when I had the pop issue even told me he tells people to order elsewhere.

They hadn’t even started the order when I got there to pick it up. Told me 10mins. Took 30 all while blasting hip hop music so loud he had to keep yelling what when I was trying to communicate with the guy wearing a football jersey.
They also have the lobby completely blocked off so you can not even use the facilities while waiting nor could you dine in if you wanted to.
I promise you that you don’t. It was also very filthy inside.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!! We came in right when they opened. We were the first ordered they had. He had two combos. They took almost 40 minutes to make our food. People who ordered ten minutes after us got theirs first. Our wings were poorly sauced and seasoned. The store and tables were dirty, and the employee making our food didn’t wear any gloves. The fries were good. That’s about it. I love wing stop so this was a disappointment.

I went to pick up an order that was for delivery no one was in the kitchen, come to find out all 3 employees were sitting and eating on their break. When worker came around she told me I had to wait 7 minutes but then proceeds to go back to the table and eat with the rest of them.. Umm absolutely not, I’m taking this to a corporate level that is absolutely unacceptable. I have other orders and I don’t have time to wait for them while they all eat on their break and no one is making the food in the kitchen. Never eating there again.

Ok this is getting really out of hand now. This place either drenches wings in sauce or puts barely ANY. 90 percent of the time it’s almost nothing. They also barely put any seasoning on your fries and man are they soggy. I ordered extra seasoning and it seems I got a small sprinkle. Worst Wingstop around. No clue why owner still has these people working here. Need personnel change asap.
I understand it’s a Friday night and y’all want to get home. But people are paying for the food you make. Or in my case when I have some leftover food money, I like to treat myself.

The seasoned fries are so good! I got the Hawaiian Seasoning for my wings. They has a hint of sweet to them! So, they were Perfect for me. So many options and open late for that midnight hunger craving! We will be back! But, I will request more Ranch next time. 1 each for the fries & wings is not enough.

This is the only wing stop my daughter wants to go to! The customer service is always great & the restaurant is always clean. Today the mother and daughter were the only workers, and they did a excellent job as a team. They stay professional even while being super busy & under pressure. Also the food is always fresh and hot. Keep up the good work ladies, it’s truly appreciated.
