I recently ordered a medium mac & cheese, and when I removed the top layer of baked cheese, the cup was only about half full. The surface layer makes the container appear full, but the actual portion underneath was much smaller than expected.

This location causes extreme grief and car crashes every day of the week on poplar. They illegally force guests to literally park in the middle of a 6 lane city road while waiting for the drive thru. UNBELIEVABLE intentional logistic issues that are being ignored by management for profit. Incredibly dangerous to drive by here during peak times as traffic has to swerve at 40mph for people stopped in the road for this location. Will be contacting the better business bureau. Gave me 3 survey cards with a QR code for free food. All 3 cards tell me “I’m not eligible” for the free items. This location is a cesspool and a disgrace to chik fil an and a disgrace to my city. Creating unsafe and hazardous conditions for guests and folks just trying to drive on public city roads, and gives out FAKE coupons. DO NOT GO HERE. Line will be 30 minutes long anyway. Abners, Corkys, and Zaxbys within a mile all offer better service, safer logistics and parking, and don’t force you to park your car on poplar while waiting for the drive there THEN GIVE YOU FAKE COUPONS WHEN YOU COMPLAIN. Horrendous experience.

My salad had something extra in it and it wasn’t food wise. It’s a very hard piece of something that seems to have broken off. So disappointed as that was my dinner at work. Did call and left message because that could be dangerous to bite into or eat. Also salad had only half an egg, like where’s the whole egg? And a small piece of brown lettuce.

Food was spot on as usual. Service was very polite but the folks taking our order struggled to understand what we wanted both times we went. Biggest issue was nothing was clean in the dining room. Chairs, tables, and floors. Very uncharacteristic. Otherwise, prolly would go again.

Efficient Drive-Thru:** The drive-thru service was quick and well-organized, making it convenient for on-the-go dining.

While my experience at Chick-fil-A was overall good, I did encounter some minor issues with long wait times during peak hours.

Location: on Poplar near Ridgeway…Food fresh and hot as usual and customer service was on point. Surprisingly, this location wasnt busy at the time. I was in line less than a minute!
