Tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt since they just opened recently. My first experience I placed an online order which said it would be ready in 48-56 minutes. I waited 3 hours for that order and they were just a 10 piece combo. This was a couple weeks ago. Fast forward to today and not only did I not get my entire order I was told by the district manager that their online orders were 99% correct and that I needed to come in and show proof the order was wrong. All I wanted was the difference for the food I didn’t receive. I live almost 30 minutes away from this location it’s insane to drive back over there just to show proof they got my order wrong. On top of that my wings were TRASH! See picture below. Those are supposedly “Cajun wings”…I was excited when this location opened because I wouldn’t have to drive out to GR anymore. Guess I’ll continue the commute when I want good accurate wings.

Ordered 8pc wing combo with 2 different sauces and a chicken sandwich. Chicken was good, just hate they ran out of one of the flavors I ordered. Now what I did not like were the fries, they were overcooked, tasted burnt and just nasty! They remind me of when you have a bag of plain chips and there’s always a few burnt ones in there. They are hard and not seasoned well. I’ve enjoyed their fries before so I was disappointed today. It’s crazy how these businesses know they are selling you food that’s not up to par but yet they don’t do anything about it. They better get it together or they’ll be out of business like so many other places!

Have been in there twice and ordered chicken and fries. The chicken is always great. Both times the fries are completely unseasoned. The seasoning is the main selling point of the fries and the reason we order them. No seasoning whatsoever both times. We do takeout, so we didn’t find out until we got home.

Went today for a 10 piece combo. Was nobody there when i ordered and paid. All of a sudden a bunch of people came in and the manager is more worried about cashing out orders rather then bagging orders. I literally saw 2 employees with no gloves on, this place is straight ghetto. If you want to wait 30 minutes for your order, come here!

the service was ok. The music is obnoxiously loud. We’re still waiting for our food on a walk in order. It’s been 40 minutes now. Almost an hour. I’ve seen 8 mobile orders come in and get their food. This is nonsense. If I hadn’t paid I would cancel the order. My girlfriend and I don’t always have time together and to wait 40 minutes for some boneless wings is ridiculous. I like wingstop but not enough to come back to this location.

When wings stop first opened, Yes we can all agree its was chaotic. Poor food quality, no flow of the kitchen. Just came back after several months, it’s night and day now with staffing and food. Props to the new staff, WINGS ARE ON FIRE!!!!. please give them another chance. Just ask for more seasoning on the fries.

The people working are great and nice but the wait was 2 hours for one combo. The chicken was super small and super crispy like not a good crispy like so crispy where the chicken is literally non existent. And it was super dark too. The French fries were super cold and they were supposedly fresh. They were super busy too and stressed so maybe that’s why. I will try to get give it another try once it’s not so busy and not everyone is trying to get it. The workers were super nice though.
