Mobile app didn’t work at this location so you can’t use rewards or get 1/2 happy hour pricing. They will not honor it. The staff is extremely rude and reaching out to corporate wasn’t any better. Food was burnt and over cooked. Went around through drive through to try and complain and they could care less. Then I seen how dirty it was in there and didn’t even attempt to eat the food. Tried to get a refund through corporate since there wasn’t a manager who could refund it on site. They said a manager would reach out a couple times. It’s been 3 weeks so I give up. I will just never return. Added a picture of my large size burnt onion rings and how filthy the place was.

Possibly the worst burger I’ve ever had. My husband ordered a hot dog and they gave him a chili dog. No Ginger Ale even though it’s on the menu. Got 1 star because the tots were decent and hot. Super long wait in the drive thru. I’ll choose literally anything else next time.

The food sucks service is ok. The cheeseburger was ok not worth it. I bought the Buffalo chicken #12 it’s good just not for me to much sauce for me. I wish sonic would make there foods hot I seem to always get cold food.

Oh man that was the worse $35…YES! $35 ever spent!!! Ordered a plain cheeseburger which was nothing special but it’s plain so maybe 3 stars on just the cheeseburger. The chicken sandwich looked like a frozen chicken patty that was needing more time in the microwave…stick with Chick-fil-a for your chicken sandwiches. The mozzarella stick were “hard” and didn’t seem like they were ever cooked. It was below average at that. But here’s the kicker…ordered a MEDIUM chili chesse fries for some outrageous sum of money and you get a VERY small portion of fries (like you can count the amount of fries on your own 2 hands!). My daughter wanted to give it a try and let’s just say we’ll stick with In-n-Out or Willie’s for burgers and chili fries and Chick-fil-a for our chicken sandwich. I didn’t even finish the chicken sandwich; it was that bad. Hey…$35 just to try is fine; everything is expensive these days I get it, but come on Sonic…gotta do better.

Service was good. Felt sorry for the employee as he was only one doing the shakes, blasts and drinks. He was patient and still kind. Sonic needs to get more help for their employees. The counter looked terrible, ice cream and toppings everywhere. Not to sanitary…but can’t blame the employee as he was trying his best to keep afloat.

This location is not great. I ordered my food and each time I said something the lady would NOT hear me. After I paid and got all my food the woman read off what was “in” the bag and I left to go home. Come to see they forgot a whole meal and I had to drive back to pick it up. Mind you they didn’t comp me for my order or give me my drink like they originally said. Won’t be coming back

I hope the person taking my order was a new trainee because, she has serious difficulties taking our order. Even after repeating our order to her several times one item was incorrect and had to be sent back to receive the correct item. The milkshakes are delicious I love banana with Oreo cookies. But, why do they give us skinny straws to drink chunky milkshakes? I believe they have fat straws. The server was very nice.

The double burger and corn dog was good. Tater tots were very good. The pretzel twist was good. There are no drink refills. We ate inside and you use a machine to order and the worker brings the food out to you.
