In my personal opinion, this is one of the most unprofessional locations that I have ever picked up deliveries for. They always have music playing rather loudly, and they are unable to hear you when you come in the door. Then, when you go to the counter, they saunter over as though you were an afterthought, and you are inconveniencing them. Pop machine never works in is always out of ice. I can only wonder how long it has been since the floor has been washed here. The orders have never been ready for any one of my deliveries when I got there. There is always a wait.

The worst food I’ve ever been served. I wish I could post the pictures of the garbage that received from this place! I complained to wingstop online, and they literally gave me a $5 gift card. Wings were so hard they had to have been fried 5 times! Fries so black, grease hasn’t been changed probably since last year. Drink machine had no ice. People be vigilant and check your food before you leave this place so that you may deal with it at that time. I was exhausted from working all day and then running my errands, I didn’t have the energy to take that trash back to the restaurant, so I went online to complain. Disgusting!

I ordered food from this dump today through Uber Eats. They got my order wrong and didn’t give me a food item at all that I paid for. The only thing they got right was the drink and the drink had multiple flies in it. I called to let them know and the woman that answered was ghetto….unprofessional. Yelling and having conversations with other customers while I’m on the phone. She told me that she can’t give me a refund and to just contact Uber Eats. I asked for the contact information and she told me to search on the app. Uber Eats is not giving me a full refund. I will be calling them first thing Monday morning due to the fact that it’s New Years. I will never eat anything from Indiana again.

Tried to order food for my terminal ill father and my sister. I am a truck driver was in town for few days dropping load in Chitown. Horrible first and last time.
