This location is horrible. You can never walk in and order. When they don’t feel like taking orders they tell you online only. The staff dances around cussing and talking crazy disrespectful. It’s not just 1 it’s all staff here. They are very rude and unkind. The food is never cooked thoroughly. The store is always dirty. The bathroom is disgusting. My kids and I eat wingstop a few times a week. I’m fed up. I’m driving to a farther location from home from now on.

I’m starting to realize this is 100% a racial issue on the night crew that works at this location. I’m a travel nurse that loves wings this is now my 2nd encounter of beyond distasteful and very disturbing experience in my life and I must stand up! I went in to order my food like I normally do now mind you I just had a nice chat with the store GM about her night time crew with Nick as the manager it’s 4 workers there on staff tonight however when I step up to order he instantly says it’s a 40 minute wait and to order online I said sir I can not due to me using ApplePay so I’m going to tap and pay for my food. He immediately says well I have a fryer down I’m swamped so you have to wait, then a table with a kid that I’ve seen every time I’ve come in pass 2pm starts yelling because of the staff members getting smart and threatening I go on to say how terrible the attitudes of the crew is alone and told Nick to call the GM and that I have just had a pow wow with the GM of the store two days ago due to me making sure I reported the behaviors of the crew and not taking my order twice when I come to order food, I left out due to this situation of uncomfortably due to a guy having his hand gun hanging out his pants not in a holster and is not staff yet is walking in the back of the kitchen a kid that is clearly brung to the work place of one of the parents of the crew lack of child care and they sit off in a corner being just as disrespectful and to call me the N-Word is insane. But this is today’s society and it’s sad but I have had it today it’s literally Ridge Rd where it is going to be busy, it is going to have constant orders and they are here to work just as I save lives daily but to say things in such a disrespectful manner to be threatened and to be refused or taunted for the color of my skin when I work hard for my money to even purchase food is ridiculous and this needs to be addressed immediately! I’m contacting a lawyer cause this is literally the worst location I’ve come to and to act as such in front of a kid that should be home playing instead of sitting in a establishment of work for God knows how long is insane! To the GM they are going to run your business in the ground for the lack of respect the unsafe environment and to have that kid there to watch his mom work and be threatening is insane and to call out for his dad who walks around with a exposed gun is beyond scary and yes they are giving food to them and disrespecting the ones there to purchase good and to the Owner this is detrimental on going issue at your franchise location and needs to be highly addressed immediately before someone is seriously hurt jumped or even killed by a employee boyfriend a guy came in to defend me due to this guy clutching his gun and Nick let all this go on!

I ordered my food online and arrived 10minutes after the time they told me to arrive. I got there and waited 45minutes for 10 wings. There was a lady there with red hair that was extremely unprofessional. She thought it was appropriate to yell at her customers and still got my order wrong. This Wingstop used to be a good spot to eat. Now it’s a spot to avoid.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant ever! The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Nick is also amazing and always efficient, happy and polite. Most times he goes above and beyond with not just myself but other as I have notice on my most recent visit. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in.

I’ve been coming here since they opened they have a few occasions where the service is a little slow but I was I’ll say this the chicken is fried properly. I’ve never had a problem with the food , people fuss about slow service order ahead . I don’t want raw chicken , Kudos for properly frying the chicken .
