In years past, I really enjoyed my food from LJS. So today, I ordered the 2 piece fish and more to go. I had a very patient man behind the counter. He was helpful and courteous. He asked if I wanted the usual sides of fries and coleslaw. Yes I did, or so I thought. He asked if I wanted any sauce. I would like extra tartar sauce please. He understood and gave e me what I asked for. Everything was great up to this point.
I took my food out to my car. I had to get to my client soon, but I was starving so I opened my meal. Everything hot was very hot and fresh. I didnt realize LJS had switched to waffle fries. Tasteless, barely cooked, but they were hot! I tried my fish. It looked the same as I remembered, but again, tasteless. It was really hot! I can’t complain about that at all! But I was so disappointed. When did LJS drop the flavor? Even their tartar sauce was not the same. The coleslaw slaw was all wilted. My hushpuppies! Let me try those! Oh my! Hot and delicious! They were the only thing that still had flavor.
Did I eat my food? I paid a healthy price for it so yes, I did eat most of my food. It was hot, it wasn’t actually awful, just lacking flavor that i grew up tasting with Long John Silvers. I barely got any cracklins with my food too…. didnt our food always arrive on a bed of those things??
I received excellent service from the time I walked in, until I left. I just didnt get the quality of food that I was expecting. And where did the pirate hats go from my childhood??

I usually go through the drive thru. Went inside since it was open. Ordered 8 pc fish only, family size coleslaw, 12 hush puppies & only got 8. Every time I go here. Something is missing. This is ridiculous. I’m going to contact the Corporate Office. I’m 66 I’m nice when I go in. I just want everything I paid for. I’ll be sure to check my food before leaving every time. Sad people can’t be honest. You know that saying. What goes around comes round! I don’t have to do anything. It will happen on its own.

Food was good. Alittle disappointed in the 5$ 1/2 gallon soda as it was clearly not filled completely and didnt even carry what I ordered online. Its just that its not good for business as i was super disappointed (Dude was decent about it but) just when your craving a flavor and its not there

This was my first visit to this long John silvers. This location was very clean upon entering, I love the layout of this location as well. The staff were attentive and friendly and seemed quick and on top of the orders coming in. I ordered online for a pick up order and they were finishing it up as I walked in. This location is a bit further out of my way but I will be coming back due to both the staff and the overall presentation of the restaurant. The fries were overcooked, but honestly, I go for the fish so I wasn’t too worried about it.

Up here for my wife’s surgery. Twice ordered from this location and twice had the worst Long John Silvers experience ever. Fish was saturated with oil, hish puppies over cooked. Both times they put No sauces that were on the order and receipt. Both times two items were missing from the orders. A 3 piece butterfly shrimp both times. And corn on the cob twice. Also both times arrived with one car in front of me at drive thru and both times was in the line still waiting for order over 30 minutes later. With no cars in the parking lot! Also don’t bother trying to call and complain they’ll either not answer the phone or set it to be answered by a fax machine. I know we tried after each incident for days. In fact all times of day. So the conclusion is this. Poor workers are a result of poor management. Which makes this long Jones poor choice for even the lowest dining expectations. If I we’re corporate I’d revoke their franchise contract.

I like this location but yesterday,, I order 2 fish and six shrimp multiple orders and the shrimp was popcorn shrimp very hard, the fries very hard, very disappointed I even called there multiple times to complain and see if they can give me a free meals but they never answered the phone and due to the fact I had someone just grab my order for me I could not return it, I did call multiple times throughout the day no anwer

Been here a few times recently and this location deserves 5 stars. We order through the app and not only is the food is always hot, but is ready when they say it’s going to be ready. Jason and his crew are always friendly and make sure we’re taken care of!
