Prices at this location are inflated compared to surrounding Taco bell locations. For one. On Taco Bell official website, specifically the Discovery Luxe Box is priced at $9.
This location inflated the price to $14.99 which is the wrong price and seem to be getting away with it because they’re a franchise store and can put whatever price they want.

Since I’ve moved to this area, most every time I go to Taco Bell in Beaumont, I have had to return back with subpar food! The customer service or should I say the lack there of is awful. I love Taco Bell, they need to seriously consider who is working the Beaumont location and the type of service and food they are providing.

The portions are less than what the image shows on the website and poster’s.
The employees are more focused on lowering their time on the drive-thru than making sure of getting the order correct or following the proper food temperature.

Food is good but they always put everything in one bag and my tacos are at the bottom and they get crushed every. time. P.S. they forget food items ALL THE TIME!!

The young gentleman there was very polite and very helpful. The only thing they messed up was I paid extra on two tacos for extra cheese which I did not get and it was .75 cents each taco for extra cheese. That is crazy. But it also needed tables to be cleaner. Please read each customers orders and get it correct.

Ok, I know we are all paying and getting less for our money, but this is ridiculous. we ordered two tostados in the size, which is so small it was ridiculous.

If there was an off brand Taco Bell this would be it. They’re out of everything and they don’t carry breakfast items, come on! At least the workers were nice.

As long as you get the tall bearded guy with glasses working the window, you’ll get above and beyond service! So refreshing to have a nice a warm person working the window. 10/10 for his hard work and for actually keeping the customer in mind. Thank you!
