The young gentleman there was very polite and very helpful. The only thing they messed up was I paid extra on two tacos for extra cheese which I did not get and it was .75 cents each taco for extra cheese. That is crazy. But it also needed tables to be cleaner. Please read each customers orders and get it correct.

The taco’s here were lacking any substance to speak of. I’ve never seen this at any other Taco Bell. I bought (4) tacos, and all were sparce of ingredients. The shells cracked at the bottom, too, causing the few ingredients to fall out. It happened to both my tacos and my 101 year old mother’s tacos.

Worst service ever. I ordered food inside and then about 7 minutes after I ordered food. Two other people use the kiosks to order their food. I was there waiting 12 minutes according to the printout of my receipt and the other two people that ordered their food on the kiosks 5 minutes after I ordered my food got there first. I asked if they had accidentally lost my order and the lady that answered was very rude saying we have online orders and drive-thru. I try to tell her then why did the other two people get their food before me? I only had two items, a bean burrito and a steak burrito. Pretty simple stuff. Just horrible service and when I got my food it look like it had been sloppily prepared like it was my fault that they took so long and took it out on my food

They couldn’t accept card so I went to an ATM. When I came back they told me they didn’t have enough ingredients to make a grilled cheese steak burrito. Then they asked me to pull forward to wait without anyone behind me. I asked how long they expected the line to get without ingredients and accepting only cash? Nobody pulled up behind me in the drive thru. They didn’t even cut my steak quesadilla with extra sauce. It was kind of a mess. I don’t have high expectations for fast food. Hey Beaumont Team!! Great Job making us feel Welcomed and for helping us with our decisions. Thank You also for keeping the restaurant clean and uncluttered!! Also, if you are not aware yet, this is American styled and made Mexican food. It doesn’t compare to a Mom and Pop shop. That said it’s very quick and still tastes good. Plead offer some more goodies on the value menu and don’t charge so much for lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. And Please NEVER REMOVE THE AMAZING TACO BELL FRIES AND DIP!!! Love Y’all and we are excited to return. GOD Bless!!!

These people gave me hard shell tacos that had been sitting there for a while! My shell was soggy as hell! I ordered the Doritos locos tacos and they where so disgusting. I was surprised they gave me the food right away, didn’t think of it or else I would of gone crazy on them!
