This was honestly the best and most unique Mexican food we’ve had in awhile. Twi of us from Michigan, one from California. The pico was the best any of us have ever tasted, and the salsa was fabulous. All the food was plated beautifully and tasted unbelievably fresh and divine. Not even heavy! The gentleman who waited on us was so polite, considerate, and thoughtful. We would definitely visit regularly if we had the chance!

We had a wonderful experience at this Mexican restaurant! We ordered the posole and a shredded beef chimichanga, and both dishes were absolutely delicious — full of flavor and clearly made with care. The service was awesome and very attentive; we always felt well taken care of without being rushed. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with a lovely ambience that makes it a great place to relax and enjoy your meal. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone craving great Mexican food and a welcoming atmosphere.

We ate at Maria’s restaurant today and really enjoyed the atmosphere—it was warm and welcoming. We had the opportunity to meet Mario, who was absolutely amazing and made our experience even better. The bartender was very fun and entertaining as well. The food was good, and overall we loved the place. It’s definitely somewhere we would visit again. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sedona.

When I saw that the nachos with chicken ($17.95 plus tax) did not have fresh jalapeños but canned/bottled, I got worried. True enough, the rest of the meal did not seem fresh…the chicken and the pico de gallo were dry. The beef tacos ($16.95) were not much better.

This is a cute little restaurant in Oak Creek Village. We had gone there years ago before we moved to Cottonwood from Phoenix. It’s nicely decorated with comfortable seating. The staff was friendly, helpful, and even gave us a little history of the place. The food was excellent! I had a RELLENO AND CHEESE ENCHILADA, RICE & BEANS. The relleno was delicious! I love them, and this was the best I’ve had. My husband had the shredded beef Chimmichanga. He loved it. They were festively presented on the plates. We both highly recommend this restaurant. If you like Mexican food, you’ll love Maria’s .❤️
