Dreadful service and attempted to cheat me out of my money. The order was wrong no interaction no greeting. Another bad experience at this location. I should have known better than to give them another shot. Wings were barely seasoned and the fries, well, let’s just say that I threw them in the garbage. The wings also tasted like they were cooked in year old oil. Some of the fries were bigger than my thumb and raw in the center. Will never go back.

I haven’t had good luck at this location so I haven’t been to it in a while. But I decided to give it another chance and I really wish I didn’t. I ordered 6 wings and fries that said would be ready 28-30 minutes. I ended up waiting almost an hour. The workers were also vaping and playing on their phones. I got home and the food wasn’t even worth the wait. I order DRY RUB wings… only to pull a grease covered box out of the bag to see the dry rub seasoning came off all my wings due to the pool of grease in wing box. I couldn’t eat most of them.

A few times I had to get my food remade because I always ask for my wings to be cooked extra crispy and they were not. But since then my wings are always on point and very flavourful! The lady who is the manager cooked them on point for me and she also opened them to make sure I was satisfied before I left the store! Thank you!

Let me just tell you that this whole place was a vibe while we stopped for dinner tonight. The sweet girl at the register was so fun and so helpful. It was a pleasure talking to her while I waited. The ladies working in the kitchen work great together and seemed to be having a great time. 10/10

I get wingstop thru Uber Eats and every time my food gets delivered from this location it’s less than par compared to the mentor location. I don’t know why they can’t make it as good as mentor can and honestly , I don’t care why I Just know that this location isn’t as good, foood is always burnt or the opposite like, luke warm , sometimes cold in the center .. this place needs to get their act together because wingstop is expensive enough to begin with and has the potential to be really good However this location doesn’t live up to the potential

This was my first adventure with Wing Stop. The woman who took the order was nice and offered free food with a survey which was nice. The wait wasn’t too long either. I am leaving 4 stars because 1, the fellas in the back who were making the food, were more concerned with being on their phones and what was going on after work, which I get. I assume they work pretty hard and long hours, so I understand that, but mean mugging customers as you make the orders, makes you look like a 6 year old who can’t control their emotions. 2. I should have received 4 dipping sauces, and only received 3, the honey mustard was missing. Again, I am being nice considering I give lower stars for lack of simplicity. Will try again.

I see the negative reviews but still want to experience it for myself, and experience is a light way of putting it.
The order was completely wrong, missing items, wings half the size of a McDonalds chicken nugget, and old/cold saugy fries with cold cheese on top.
This is the perfect spot for overpriced and cold food.

Upon entering the store, It was very clean and it smelled AMAZING!!!
The customer service I received was totally awesome.
I have never visited or ate at Wing Stop before.
After getting home, and unpacking my food, my wings were DELICIOUS!!!
My fries tasted homemade, and were awesome.
I ordered 3 types of wings and they were packaged carefully,and were phenomenal!!
Thanks to the awesome service of the staff, the friendliness of the staff, and the excellent food…..I will be returning to this store in particular.
