I just want to start off by saying I love Wingstop and its been mine and my husband favorite game day meal for years but today was probably the worst, shadiest service I had ever gotten. I was very hungover all day so I sent my husband inside to get my online order of 20 wings while I waited in the car. He ate his 10 and I put mine in the fridge for later when I felt better. Day goes by and I am finally able to hold down some food so I pull out my unopened box and there was only 5 in the box. I was in tears as I had not eaten all day and of course my husband was furious because I was so upset. He walks in there and talks to the manager who says shes only been there for 3 weeks and is trying to “fix” the place. Well during the conversation my husband agrees to pay for an additional 10 wings with 5 extra seeing as I was shorted and he was hungry again so he didn’t mind paying for more. I open the box and there’s STILL ONLY 10 WINGS and I still don’t have the 5 remaining wings that I paid for earlier. The manager talked my husband into buying MORE wings with the promise of making our order right and she lied to him. I’m so pissed and the next time I go to Wingstop I will not be choosing this location.

Every person behind the counter/ in the kitchen left and went outside for well over 15 minutes. I sat around waiting for my simple in person order and the phone rang (also for 15 minutes), the service was slow and sloppy. Anyone can be hired here I guess.
Edit: still waiting for my food for about 30 minutes. I went to the bathroom while waiting and there is soap all over the sink, urine in the toilet, water was left running and there is a W33D vape wrapper on the floor (im gonna say from the employees the way they were acting.)

Ordered Hot Honey Crispy Tender Box for carryout. Online said it came with 3 tenders but my box only had 2. I realized this when I returned home and when I called to let them know I was told that the website was wrong and that the meal only included 2 tenders. Food tasted fine but will not return due to false advertising.

Placed my order online. 10 pc. Traditional wings half hot, half lemon pepper. 10 pc boneless wings, hot honey hot, 5pc cajun corn, season fries. 10 pc Traditional wings no season or flavor, 10 pc boneless dry no flavor. Called to speak a manager. The guy got on the phone I told him what the problem was with my food, he was very rude . He starts talking to another employee in the background and then tells me that it’s nothing that he can do. I tell him that I’ve taste 1 of the wings and they don’t have any flavor or anything like they suppose to be, I’ve just spent $30.49 you can’t fix it. He hangs up in my face. Call back to ask the manager”s name they claim his name is James. Wingstop on New Cut rd. Very poor customer service. I will never go back again and make anyone else I know never goes again either. Highly disappointed

Ordered my food paid for it over the app and it declined my card but the money came out of my account. Then when I called they put my money back on my card. So I have never had a problem before. I think it’s a shame they took my money but didn’t take my order.

The service at this location is terrible, the workers do not give the necessary attention to the clients and many times they are sitting in the back taking their time while there are clients waiting, I visited this location because it is the closest to my house and I only go once a week, I used to visit the location but due to moving reasons I had to change it.
Many times they don’t answer the phone and sometimes they leave you on hold for a long time and hang up the call.
Maybe I understand that the brand’s policy is not to use gloves, but if they are not going to use them, the ideal would be that they hire clean personnel who they can trust in their store when the supervisors are not there. On many occasions I have observed how they do not wash their hands and scratch themselves in private parts and then touch my food or in other cases they touch my food with their hands covered in another type of sauce without knowing if the customer is allergic or simply does not want to have flavors that they did not order in their dish.
In the latter case, they also stop putting the paper under the chicken to drain the oil and all the sauces are poured together in the bag.
I hope that the supervisors or the owner of this store take this comment into account because it is unacceptable how they have such disorganized and incompetent customer service which does not value the customers who take our time and money to spend in this location.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE.

I made a pickup order. I can’t really rate the dine-in service. The staff I dealt with were very nice. The restaurant seemed clean, and I didn’t hear anyone complaining.

My Garlic-Parm wings were perfect, and the deep fried corn is AMAZING!
