Often I have no problems visiting this location but to have ordered my meals, wait 15 minutes and then only receive 6 fries in one of my plates… no words. My wings were fine, but again, no fries and no sauce. The service was great and nice but this is unacceptable. I understanding getting ready to close but there’s 1 car in front on me, no excuses truly.

We’re missing half our food from UberEats. I called and they said its not there problem that Uber needs to handle it. Its the restaurants job to make sure the food is correct and all in the bag. I will not be back to this location or order again. I’ll just go to seneca instead.

Most of the time, this location is pretty good in service and food. This past time, I ordered a five finger plate both sides fries, and I went big (large fries and drink). See the photo of how many fries I got. Toast and tenders were cold. Just very disappointing.
Update: Since this review, I have only had negative experiences at this location. They don’t check to make sure the order is complete before they give it out the window. Their customer service and service quality as a whole is subpar. If you order curbside on the app, they will complete your order without bringing your food out to you.

My experience with this location is usually acceptable, and how much is one truly permitted to complain about a fast food restaurant, right?
However, my most recent visit has left a sour taste in my mouth. I ordered a big zax snack with a specific sauce, and fried pickles. Easy, right? Well, when I get the food, the sauce is missing. Whatever, okay… Then, I open the box of fried pickles, and it’s just a box of fries?? They included a ranch with my order, so it’s clear to me that they knew they were supposed to give me fried pickles… but instead they just picked some fries!!
I mean how can you mess up that bad?
I will return.. for now. But I will not return, if this kind of thing is to happen again.

I knew I was gonna dread going to this zaxby’s, when I pulled around there was some girls in a car talking to some employees they work there, and they told her she was blocking the drive through and she commented I could go around. Got up to the window, ordered the quesadillas. They said they stopped serving them on Sunday. Even though the sign was still up so I ordered a nibbler meal with loaded fries in the meal. And my order was $29 when I got up to the window, they had charged me for a whole order of loaded fries. I explained to them. I didn’t want a whole order of loaded fries that the sign offered?Your fries to be loaded on your combo meal. Twice, I said, make sure there was ranch not zaxby sauce they said, yes.There’s ranch, there’s no ranch on them but zaxbys sauce and there’s like two pieces of bacon and a little bit of cheese on the fries

I would never recommend this location to anyone. They have a sign that says “ALL COLLEGE STUDENTS” get a discount. But because I am not a Clemson student, it doesn’t apply to me. Ridiculous. God forbid students attend other colleges.

The last several times I’ve been there the food has been ok. But, the tables are not clean and the garbage is overflowing. And why do they advertise being “Eco-Friendly” when every meal (including dine in) is served in a plastic bag?

Yeah, it’s a fast food chain and reviews oft don’t mean much, however, I just have to leave one for this location. It is so poorly managed. One guy will be making all the orders while the other 5 stand around and talk. I have had to wait patiently for minutes while a crew member had my completed pick-up order hanging in their hand a few feet away from me so they could finish their conversation before handing the food off. I have also been snapped at by the manager here. I guess she had decided to close the store early as I came in at 9:50pm for my pickup order just for her to tell me that the store was closed and she wouldn’t be giving it to me. I was confused as the location closes at 11pm, and even if it was 10, why wasn’t it ready for 9:50?
