We had a nice family dinner where everyone could order what they wanted. I had the steak and scallops, which came with soup and salad, and I also got the additional sushi roll and dessert for $5.

The food is phenomenal! The kids absolutely loved the fried rice and adults couldn’t stop eating the sushi! The staff was also very hospitable. We came at around 7:00pm when practically all the tables were occupied, but the staff made room for us nonetheless! Benjamin, our server, was so sweet and attentive, always making sure we were having the best experience! If you are a fan of sushi and are in Geneva, this is the place to go!

We usually frequent the north Randall location but we were in the area and stopped in for the first time. Did not disappoint. Great service. The restaurant is a little dated and small. The bathroom could have used some attending. We ordered a metric ton of sushi and everything was top notch. I especially enjoyed the tuna roll which must have had the higher grade fatty tuna because it was better than the sashimi tuna.

We had a group of six reservation. We were seated not long after our time. They gave us warm hand towelettes to clean our hands. They were quick to take and bring drink orders. Then providing our food orders went smoothly. Our soup was hot and flavorful. The salad was small, mostly lettuce. I really enjoyed the hibachi show. I had ademame appetizer, good taste. Followed by their fried rice which had great flavor. I had the hibachi chicken and garlic shrimp. The chicken tasted wonderful. The shrimp a little overcooked and not as much garlic as I would have liked. Overall a pleasant evening out.

The food was excellent and the service by the waitress was excellent but most hibachi places I’ve been the chef(sorry not sure exactly what they are called) are very entertaining (that’s the whole purpose to go to to a hibachi restaurant) the one we had barely spoke two works to anyone or even recognized anyone around the grill. I was very disappointed.

First visit upon recommendation of a friend for lunch. Great little spot with friendly and welcoming employees. Great lunch menu with reasonable prices. Food tasted super fresh and portion sizes were generous. You could easily get two meals out of a lunch order. I didn’t, it was so good that I cleaned my plate and skipped dinner that night instead!

I used to love coming here—this was my go-to spot for great food and a fun hibachi experience. Unfortunately, the energy and entertainment that made it special are gone. The chefs used to really put on a show, but now it feels rushed and flat, like just another dinner. Really disappointing for a place that used to be amazing. I won’t be returning unless they bring back the charm that made it worth it.

Jurin is the best spot for hibachi cuisine in the area. For a reasonable price, one gets quick, snappy service in a relaxed atmosphere. And the cooking of the food itself is a sight to behold. From onion volcanoes to catching shrimp in my mouth, it’s a wonderful experience. I had never heard of this place before until now, and believe me when I tell you that I’ll definitely try to come here a lot more now. I’d recommend this place for anyone else looking for hibachi in the area.

We’ve eaten here a number of times and always been satisfied. Great hibachi, great sushi, reasonable prices. Recently ordered about $80-$90 worth of sushi (enough for 4 people) for carryout and was thoroughly impressed not only with the taste, but also the presentation. It was great having all the sushi on one big platter just like in the restaurants! I love this place so much!
