Between the unprofessionalism of staff walking away from the counter while people are visibly waiting for assistance, and them prompting doordash orders as ready only to start making them when the dasher arrives, this place doesn’t deserve to be open anymore. Just piss poor management, and no sanitation. People working in the kitchen without gloves on, touching food. Disgusting. Please turn over the entire staff for the love of god

Manager took a whole lunch break while knowing there was no ice and all the drinks were flat. How can you sell people meal deals knowing they’re not getting a soda and hot flat ones at that? The tables were all dirty/sticky. We were the only ones inside and our wings took forever. I don’t know who trained this crew but wings clearly sell themselves for a place like this to flourish. Update- the cashier was really sweet and the food was delicious so I’m going to edit this a little bit…

I was in the drive thru at zaxby’s, and I said Hey let me go to wingstop instead.They have great chicken there. However, yesterday must have been a bad day because the chicken was not that great except the boneless chicken wings. 1st time trying them, and they were really good. However, my server she was stretching her arm, and then she went to get a cup. Without washing her hand and they did not have gloves on. Yes, I was still. Visit wingstop. Because I love their chicken Please practice good hygiene because covid is still out there.

Missing food once again….when asked for what was missing, the lady acted like I was lying and made me empty everything out on the counter. Oh and I made an order for a later time. I arrived 5 min early to find my food sitting on the shelf already done. Got home and it was cold especially after wasting time to empty my bag for missing food. I’m done with this location. Issues every time.

Horrible service. The wait time to even order at this location is ridiculous. After waiting for over 15 mins, repeatedly told, “we’ll get with you when we can” to just place an order, I left. The entire lobby lined with Uber drivers waiting for delivery orders..That staff needs some major support. I’ll go to Champs for my wings. Thanks.

My family witnessed the manager being extremely hostile towards her new employee and three other customers. When someone told the young man that he didn’t deserve to be treated that way he said well I’m new and looked down. I’m not sure why management thinks screaming at and degrading an employee is professional. I have never seen a Manger be so hostile towards customers for absolutely no reason. She just throws around attitude like confetti. My entire family was shocked. I’ve never seen a wing stop so poorly managed. She also sits in the back just eating fries and wings directly out of the baskets with her fingers with no gloves after she was picking her boogers and eating them. It was absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure if it was coincidence but the customers and the employee that she was being hostile with were all black, it came off as racist. When a Hispanic man came in she started talking all sweet to him.
