Great place to go. The corn is excellent along with the wings. I tried the new Korean flavored wings and they were great. The people were very service friendly as well. The only thing I would suggest is they get more sides. Like salad potato salad coleslaw something in that line.

My second time picking up wings here at the Brandon Fl location. Mind you this place had excellent service over the phone. I ordered the lemon pepper wings, with veggies, & a drink. I was on lunch break from nursing school and after eating my food I didn’t feel right! The stomach pains and burning were so terrible. Not even two hours later I was so sick, vomiting, diarrhea could not keep anything down… I went home it got worse and worse. I drove myself to the ER It was by far the worst food poisoning Ive ever had. I’m almost 100% sure this was due to the wings not cooked all the way! I didn’t have anything else to eat that day and the hospital said I had food poisoning. The food poisoning was so bad they called a septic alert when I was in the hospital. I was on 3 different antibiotics. A-lot-of testing was done. I was very miserable. I don’t want anyone else to have to go through this. Please make sure the food is fully cooked. I haven’t been back I’m actually scared to return:/ sucks because I very much so loved the food.

On August 4, 2023 I called to place a pick up order at the Brandon Wingstop location. I called three times in a row. Someone picked up the phone and continued to put me on hold without saying anything first I called back for the fourth time. Someone finally picked up and placed me on hold and said they will be with me in a moment. Eight minutes later, they picked up the phone twice and placed me back on hold without saying anything. They Picked up once more and disconnected the call. I drove to the location to find out why I could not place the order over the phone like I was told I could and let them know what occurred I was then greeted by supposedly The district manager, THAMOS CHURCH who was very rude and condescending. He told me they were very busy but there was only about 10 people in the restaurant about 7 were already served and dinning in. He then Began to say I have to be patient like everyone else. I told him I was and was disconnected from the call after patiently waiting. I told him it had be about 8-10 min of trying to place and order not including the time I spent coming to the location. He then said in an extremely condescending tone. Oh, at first you said eight minutes now it’s 10 OKAY. This is the most unprofessional establishment and management I have been to in years and will never suggest or go back. The “district manger” Thomas Church should be demoted. I will also be calling corporate on him and this location.

ZERO STARS: I’ve never seen a restaurant with employees in the back dealing with food with their hair loose in their face and no gloves. It’s absolutely disturbing! The white man with a hat and a bun grabbing the carrots and celery with NO GLOVES wrapping them in orders for customers and then another white man with his hair down on his face frying food that’s disgusting! The customer service experience was not great either. There was no trash for customers, the restaurant was filthy, the soda area was a complete mess. This place would 100% get flagged! Unbelievable!!! Would never recommend!

On our first visit, the owner personally brought our food to the table and had a conversation with us afterwards making sure we enjoyed it all. The Garlic Parmesan wings are fantastic, the fries are hit or miss (sometimes fresh, other times soggy and drenched in oil). The quality of the fries needs to be more consistent, otherwise great in all areas.

I got the 8pc boneless combo. It was hot and fresh. Good flavor and only cost $12. I usually goto Buffalo Wild Wings but the food here is better and cheaper. The only thing I didn’t care for was the fries. They were hot and fresh just not my favorite type of fries but I would come back again.

Just went here today around 8 pm. Ordered a meal for 2, not only it took forever to get my food I had to ask the lady up front to see if my order was ready (which it was for about 10 minutes without her knowing it was) I came home to only find 8 wings instead of 15. Poorly managed, very disorganized wing stop.
