I ordered wing stop (through the app I might add) and with this location only because we didn’t have a way to get to the place, I’ve spent a 95.20 on the order that’s including tip, and look what we found in our food, someone has taken a bite out of the wing and placed it back in our food and my sister dipped her fry into the ranch and this green stuff came out, we only had one blu cheese and she didn’t get any of that, I find this disgusting, he kept offering to remake it but I kept telling the manger i couldn’t come in that’s why I had to order it through delivery on the app. I told him I wasted money because I had to throw it out and I wanted a refund.

I did an online order at 11:11 pm well aware that the store closes at midnight. I called to confirm if my order was ready and told them I was on my way. When my order was ready I booked an Uber round-trip ride less than 10 minutes away from my house to pick my food up and return home. When I arrived to the store the associates had me banging on the door for atleast 6 minutes before they let me come in and pick my food up. The Manager had such an attitude that was repulsive and disgusting. I came in and checked my food but since I was in a rush due to my ride waiting on me (which they eventually drove off due to my 5 minute limit being up) I hadn’t noticed that my Chicken sandwich was missing from my order until I got back home. I’m more upset at the fact that so much money was blown over this basic meal and I didn’t even get everything that I ordered. I’m extremely disappointed and this will be the last time I order anything from Wingstop in Naranja .

If you try to call and place an order any time after 11, they will place you on hold until you hang up and then they’ll leave their phone line busy so when you call back it won’t go through. PATHETIC!!!! I literally called 16 times just for it to say user busy!
