This place has horrible customer service and if you call I will pay you 50 bucks if they answer the phone. Not once have they ever answered. Also, their location will not sync with the app, so you never get to order unless you drive there and wait on their slower than sap service.
Also, a SMALL SHAKE is $9.99. Over 20 DOLLARS for a burger, fry and a drink. Dairy Queen used to be such a great place. Yall have lost your ever loving minds

Sign says 10a-10p but I’m siting outside the door and it’s locked. No one acknowledging us even being here. Went thru drive thru first and nothing. If you’re not going to be open during your hours posted then put different hours. Hire more reliable people.

I went through the drive thru and got a burger meal and 2 chicken strip baskets. I ended up having to take the chicken strip baskets back and get my money back. the cook knew better than to serve those strips. they were burnt and smelled awful! a girl that worked there was taking the trash out when I came back through the drive thru. and she yelled very rude like “we are closed” I said not till you fix this food or give me my money back. the gentleman at the window was kind and gave me my money with no problems. the smell has my head hurting so bad!!!

I would just like to say thank you to the amazing staff at this location. Everyone was SO polite, our food was well flavored, the bathrooms were super clean. I was telling my husband that this was one of the best fast food dining experiences I’ve had in a very very long time! I’m so glad we stopping on our way through the area and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Keep up the great work!!

Burgers are delicious. Hot and fresh!! Love the chicken strips too! The restaurant has been remodeled and it’s very nice. (The restrooms need to be updated.) There is an area to sit outside. Love to do that. So cozy and nice to sit outside on a nice day.

There was a girl working the window that was rude a d didn’t know what she was trying to do. She tried to charge me for an extra coke when she didn’t give me my drink. It was clearly printed and charged for. She ruined our meal. I asked to speak to a manager and she wouldn’t let me. This is twice this has happened with the same girl. I go there all of the time. I should not have to be treated like this when it is right on the receipt and she knew she only gave me one drink. She finally gave it to me after, I got ugly. I should not have to get ugly to get what I board for.

I was wondering if you could help me get in touch with the owner of the DQ in Terrell. The reviews are terrible and have been for a while. Here is my review after visiting tonight. Absolutely infuriating experience!
I would give a Zero if I could! This place is horrible!! Waited 20 minutes plus for a small dip cone. When it finally arrived my husband was almost done with his blizzard. The dip cone did not have a hard shell. It was barely covered with chocolate. Tasted terrible! They gave me a medium thinking that would make me happy, it didn’t. I took it back to the counter and the person ‘acting like he was working’ told me he couldn’t give me a refund because they made what I ordered. I left!
I wanted to also mention there was not a single clean table in the place! Every table had some level of grossness. I also had to listen to the guy that was supposed to be making my dip cone explain to his girlfriend why he didn’t have any money even though he just got paid! You should be ashamed to call this place Dairy Queen!

My husband picked me up for lunch. Had the tacos and he had the jalitos burger. Everything was hot and fresh. For dessert we had a blizzard and a sundae. Clean atmosphere, very friendly customer service
