Nice looking restaurant, clean dining room and bathroom, food was tasty. My order came out quick and hot. But this location is self-check only unless you request a person. Otherwise you’ll have to go thru the drive-thru if you want someone to take your order. Restaurant has recently been updated.

Food was good. No complaints there. Normally have decent service but I waited in line for over 15 minutes between the two cars ahead of me. The people at the window were nice and friendly and I realize that not every order is done in less than a min.. but for a drive through I felt like the wait was a bit too long. Normally have very little complaints. Overall would recommend. Maybe just a bad day that day.

They have converted over to kiosks ONLY, there is no visible menu on the wall, menu and ordering are only done on the kiosks, I wished to pay cash for my order and told to wait for an associate by the machine to pay for my order; there was noone at the front counter to take my payment I waited for 15 minutes until someone walked up to ask if I needed assistance, then waited another 10 to 12 minutes for my order to be prepared. The young man at the counter was nice but obviously overwhelmed from being massively understaffed. It took 26 minutes for us to get a cravings box deal and a chicken quesadilla meal. They are completely self-service kiosk to place your order with no one behind the counter to welcome anyone or anything else not even a menu. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell.

I give them 0 stars, it was not the fact that I had to wait it was the way the employee came at me on. I’m a uber driver I came to pick up an order a little bit past 10 o’clock at night. The door was open so I try to come in and they tell me that I have to go in the drive-through because their lobby is close. The order that I have to pick up was ready, but I still had to wait, more than 10 minutes on the drive through because they couldn’t bring me the order to the door .

Went to pick up a doordash order and waited 30min standing at the counter with no help. Someone finally walked up and asked if I had let them know I was there to prepare my order, I would have if someone had helped me.
