I’ve ordered my food a hour before closing, and did not receive my food until nine minutes after the closing time is like everyone they came in after me got their food and got serviced, but I’m still standing there stuck without my mail without my order no customer service no type of hospitality. Tell me that it’s gonna take about 20 minutes just to fry all flats and which is I don’t understand this restaurant I was just not recommend.

Might as well get rid of the whole crew and hire a new one. The food I just picked up was stale. I mean they re-fried yesterdays cooked fries. The boneless wings forget the sauce there was none. Only thing my wings was swimming in was oil at the bottom of the paper. I’ll never order here again. If you want something fresh… go somewhere else.

I honestly wouldn’t even give this place one star. It was so dirty inside. There was food on the floor, the tables were dirty with food crumbs. The soda manchine was leaking water. That’s not the wrost part. As I walked up to the register I was attacked by multiple flies. Yes flies! Flies were all over the registers. On top of that the kitchen was dirty. You see food on the floor and it looks like it wasn’t cleaned at all.

I placed an order at about 5:17 on June 24th and came to pick it up, I chose to pay in store and did so then collected my food. The fries were cold and soggy with little to no seasoning even though I asked for double and for them to be cooked longer. The wings were extremely greasy and a bit tough, I had ordered a 30 piece crew pack with 10 (Hot), 10 (Lemon Pepper) and 10 (Garlic Parmesan) and large fries. They charged my card for 39.05 and that was the end of it. On June 26th I get an email saying my card was charged again and the total was raised to 78.10 which is exactly double what I was originally paying for absolutely no reason. I came in that same night to see if I could get a refund or an explanation, they told me that there is a hold for the card and it should get refunded in two days. It was already two days from when I ordered and on top of that the payment says posted when I look at my card details. Save yourself the hassle and order from Taft Street, you will never have an issue like this. I have never wrote a review but I felt like this was necessary, I hope with all my heart this store gets shut down.

Their food is fresh. I love the taste of the wings. The fries are not my favorite but you can tell they are real fries with no preservatives. You have to eat it right away. The place is clean. The lady has taken my order wrong a couple of times but she is very professional. The store doesn’t have a drive thru which is a downer. They take a while to prepare your order. They cook as you order which I love.

Got to the restaurant and it was pretty full but no one eating.. everyone was waiting for their food that they had to order online. (Which we didn’t know yet) We went up to the register to order but the lady was like “No orders only pickup” and that in the most unfriendly tone I’ve ever heard. When we asked on how to do that she just repeated the sentence above and didn’t help or care at all, she just turned her back and walked away. A customer was so friendly and explained us how to do it. I was quite confused since we tried to order over the phone but the lady on the phone said we’d have to walk in to order 30 wings. And then we get there and need to order online?
