The food was bitter like it was fried in week old oil. The fries were salty and bitter as well. We tried to inform the lady who took our order that the oil was bad and she yelled at us because my daughter had eaten the bread off of it. Terrible service skills terrible problem solving skills. She tried holding the door open to kick us out like we didn’t already pay for our food. My daughter ened up throwing up. She called us broke for not paying for our entire order again because of their mess up. When someone else also complained about their food over the phone she yelled at them and hung up. Truly the most disgusting “service” I’ve ever received.

She lacks the integrity to realize, her customers are the reason she can take home a pay check weekly or bi-weekly. I ordered a 30 piece yesterday 5/19/23 for my pickup time to b 845. Well when i got there an got my food my food was so cold an i mean cold cold as if they cooked it 2to 3hrs before time. I was so pist cause this the second time they did this. I didnt wanna take it back besides the cooks here are so slow an alot of people was in there. The service here is really great. These employees really are passionate about their job. The employee Jack is awesome. Amazing customer service.The manager Sherman was very sweet. I saw the MANAGER pick her nose then serve food. The woman is disgraceful. Rude to customers and literally called the police on a couple sitting there that was laughing a little loud. I really believe she is racist. Not sure how a woman like that is in charge of this store. She is a HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING. FIRE HER!!! I will never come here and I will tell everyone I know not to come here either. The manager is a poor excuse for a woman. Give the job to someone that deserves it.
