I’ve visited this location before when previous management ensured the food was consistently high quality, but my recent experience was far from satisfactory. I specifically ordered my food well-done, yet it arrived undercooked.
When I asked for a correction, I was left waiting for three single nuggets while the rest of my meal sat getting cold. It is quite a tough return to a customer to let their entire meal lose its appeal over a simple fix. While most of the food here is usually alright, the lack of attention to detail and poor timing on service is a major letdown. Someone needs to assess the operations at this location before more loyal customers are lost.

I love this Wing stop, the team is always nice and attentive making sure you are taking care of, the nice lady Kayla always puts a smile on my face and makes me want to come back. I have only ever had an issue with my food once and they took care of me no problem and that’s what makes me always want to return

As always, their lemon pepper and garlic parmesan wings are THE BEST in the game. But I don’t know what the heck happened to their FRIES. They used to come brown and covered in seasoning, but now they’re light colored, hard, cold, and barely seasoned. You can’t have good wings without the fries so they lose two stars. Still love the restaurant, though, but I wouldn’t recommend ordering their fries right now.
Update 11/14/25: The fries are better than what I had a few weeks ago. Please keep up the consistency. Wings were FIRE as usual.

They have plenty of options in terms of flavors, the mango habanero was very good!
Probably some of the best fries I have had as well.

Love going to this WingStop. The staff is always welcoming and the restaurant along with the restroom is clean. Food is made to order so expect to wait on fresh wings and hot fries. You can never go wrong with any flavor and the wings are well seasoned compared to some places. I stop in last Friday evening knowing it would be busy since it was NFL game night/weekend. I was greeted walking in and placed my order with Jeremiah. While placing my order I was interested in two flavors. So I asked Jeremiah which flavor would he choose and he suggested just to get both flavors 5/5. Best idea and I’m glad I asked. Overall WingStop is the place to go too for wings hands down.

They were swamped on Super Bowl Sunday, my uber eats driver canceled my order. They still cooked my food, nailed the quality, and had it ready by the time I arrived. Excellent staff, took an annoying situation and made the best of it.

Soooo I love wings….who doesn’t right! It was my birthday and I was in Orlando for a couple weeks and wanted to try a wing place that is not around where I live. So I chose Wingstop as it was the closest one to where I was staying. I decided I wanted to dine in. Which it also happen to be national wing day so not sure if they were busy due to that or just normally busy. But when we walked in they stated 45 min wait. I said that is fine as gives me time to hang out with my kids while on vacation here. So we sat at a table. During the next 45 minutes I heard the people quote different times between 45 min down to 20-25 min for wait time. But I decided I would wait the 45. Welp 50 min went past and no food. My husband had went next door to the pool table area during part of it and had come back and jokingly stated there were wings for free next door. I told him no I want to try these. I told him the time so he checked on it since we were past the 45 min. They did not have the order anywhere. The good thing sorta for us but sucked for anyone else standing in line is they stopped everyone else ordered to make ours. So they did take care of it right away. As for the taste, I would not say is is like the fresh chicken you get from the store and bake….rather it tasted like the frozen bags of wings you get from a store and just dip them in sauce. So not a wow factor for the taste. I tried the BBQ, their hot, the lemon pepper and the Hawaiian. All just tasted like frozen wings that were warmed up and then dipped. The fries were crispy and tasty! $60 worth

I went to wing stop to get 2 kinds of wings. One with mango habanero and cajun. This is the 10 boneless wing combo. The spiciest wings are a little much for me , but the wings are good and the meal I believe comes with some fries. I ordered this meal and the price is very good for a chain. The sauce options are very good. I think you can get them without sauce and dip the wings in whatever sauce you want. Wingstop has good customization options for the wings. I do recommend
